I agree with that. Sadly I think for a lot of companies the only lesson that will stick is a monetary one. Let them know if you kill people you're going out of business. The amazing thing is this is not simply negligence. We're talking about an actual deliberate concealment that caused untold numbers to lose their lives. In my opinion that's something you don't get a chance to atone for.
I feel no ill will toward GM shareholders except for the sickos who think it was actually a good business decision because it allowed GM to make a lot of money for a while and now they can just pay the victims' families.
Of course we all have opinions about this. Mine is mainly based on GM's beta. I believe US stocks will drop 10-15% from these levels and that GM will drop nearly 20% since it has a high beta. At $25 I don't think there would be a lot of downside left unless they get bad litigation news.
Shut your mouth pumper! You were saying $40 is NEXTTTTTT when this was 38 or don't you remember? On second thought keep talking, SEC is watching. Criminal prosecution is nexttttttttt!
Love this one, my own personal ATM. Down, down, and more down.
Nice job criminal. You better be prepared with a good civil and probably criminal lawyer.
Looks like something is about to come out news-wise. Maybe another recall or some bad news on the litigation. XU will end up in prison for illegal stock manipulation.
You're in for quite a bit of trouble, hope you have enough money for legal expenses. You need a good civil and maybe criminal guy.
LMAO. I mean I congratulate the longs on this recent run I guess but with the stock market at levels that it is now, there is no excuse for this not having run to 60 the last couple years at a minimum. Inept, criminal management will do that for you.
I am short but they are right the drop already happened.
Are you looking forward to prison?
stop replying to yourself, LOSER.
you're going to jail, pumper. Stock manipulation is illegal. Way to go pumping this garbage from 41 down to here, good job criminal, or should I say good job Robert. I had a "yen" to report you for securities fraud so I did it.
I wouldn't even bother, you're going to jail. Jail time for you, criminal.
