personally, I think it
it's a no-go.
However, I am buying the Jan 2017 $9 calls, paying 3-5 cents premium per call. Why? I think the stock price will rally on the news of an FTC declination. Why? I'll that to your own imagination(s).
actually, they may not be required to do a reverse split as you suggest - their mkt cap remains well above the exchange mandate, regardless of its PPS.
yes, it has been. So much so, I've written out-of-money calls (leaps) if only to capture some premium. Scant as that is, it's better than nothing. But not by much.
Like you, I made a really good return on RAD, buying the stock @ around $1 & change several years ago. However I did liquidate my entire position on news of the merger. However, the longer this deal has taken to close the less I believe the merger is in the best interests in RAD. Based on that thesis it would not surprise me f they pull out and decide to remain as a stand-alone business - especially if they exceed their earnings expectations coming up shortly?
I certainly don't!
FIRE MOYNIHAN, ALREADY!
(and pay the shareholder's a DECENT dividend)
it is unbelievably BAD. I've switched to GOOGLE's business page. What moron thought destroying the Yahoo Finance page would be a good thing - MM?
what reason did they have to do this...MM is a willful vandal?
