guy on the call sure says ugh um um a lot. Is gross margin an anomaly or what ?
Auto gross marg was better so was that all about but we had lower sales and unpredictable in some customer that might call tomorrow so poor visibility...this will continue and there might be benefits later .
some of the hits will and are dependent on the stock price.
seems most are down about a percent or so for example
OHI Down 2.39% 3.96B
HCP Down 1.79% 17.32B
HR Down 1.28% 2.29B
VTR Down 1.76%
I am wondering the same thing or is it good jobs report equals potentially higher rates equals higher rates in treasuries equals less money for reits in general. I'm going to check the other reits
Funny that John Francis Geisse founded both Target and Venture Stores. Venture went BK when they tried expanding ( into Texas) when they apparently should not have. Ironic that Target is trying to expand into Canada and they're not doing well
not long ago seems Argus had a different take: Relative weakness offers a buying opportunity, so the firm reiterated a Buy rating and $96 price target Travelers is often considered the “forgotten DJIA stock.”
seems UAN is lumped in with all the nitro guys and, for the most part, with nat gas up so much then most of them will be somewhat squeezed
did they say what will happen to the pps when it hits the $17 pt ? Will it bounce? and if so what it their PT for the bounce ? How long will it take before it hits the PT and then how long will it take to reach the bounce PT and exactly what is the bounce PT. I'm setting up my call and put options so this info will be much appreciated.
Sentiment: Strong Buy
that worked well as just sold the calls for 45% profit in about 3 days time.
going to just buy the stock now when it pulls back some
They must be aware as prominent consulting firm reported in 2005 that
it had researched the federal court dockets looking
for ERISA “stock-drop” litigation and found 76
– 14 cases had settled
– 11 cases were dismissed by the courts
– 51 cases were active
– Of those 14 cases that settled, the average
settlement was $33 million
– Only five cases settled for under $10 million
sold it at 22.35, didn't want to lose my meager 6% 2 month profit and did not like the high volume to the downside.
bought some blackberry Jan 15 calls with the profit
this is my roll the dice money
the firm lowered its price target range for shares to $27-$29 from $28-$31.
I guess those 32,424 shares purchased at $31.24 per share for a total of $1,012,925 by an "insider" didn't sway their thinking
wonder why the yahoo earnings estimates keep dropping ?
Current Estimate 0.03 0.03 0.07 0.06

especially the annual for next year going from .19 30 days ago to .06 now.
