One good thing about SPPI is it gives you a chance to reduce and exit once in while. Today is one of those days and if you do not take advantage of it then you see the price goes up and then down and even lower.
I see some longs become unstable mentally.
One says he sleeps fine at night. Can it be true or is he hiding his pains? How could you sleep fine when you lose money continuously. I lost some money in SPPI but I told myself enough is enough. Exit before you lose more. Books says no more than 7% or if losers is getting near or higher than 7%, close your eyes and exit.
He just pounding the drums to make a little bit of noise. Extra, Extra news!
So, you lose 1% to 2% daily in a positive or negative market and you sleep just fine at night.
Please tell us what are you taking at night? May be SPPI can apply a NDA for it and increases its drugs to 7.
2. The only upcoming decision is SPPI's request for a temporary injunction.
So, in your view, Sandoz is already has upper hand and it can produce and sell Fusilev with a fraction of price of SPPI Fusilev.
In that case, you are right and analysts already have reduced SPPI estimates significantly.
Don't worry, Sandoz has strong support of its mother company with strong legal team. They are dealing with an over grown garage operation called SPPI that lacks any transparency.
Ha ha, what court decision? The only reason that SPPI did not stayed at its 52 weeks low was the pony show by Raj in term of appeal filing to Nevada decision.
It saved some investors from some losses but now the price is heading to 52 weeks low or even lower when more court news are out.
Joe may think that the price is not reflect the court news anymore. Are you trying to mislead new investors?
If court decides on Sandoz favor again, then no news can help SPPI and the stock will mark a new 52 weeks low. After all, Sandoz chances to win again is very high and that is probably reason for higher short interest andd lower PPS.
Do not rob your stomach. There won't be any free meal.
As long as Fusilev news is pending, SPPI won't go anywhere but down.
Why risk your money with another SPPI bad news that may push down The PPS by anther 15% or more one of these days.
Until the court has not published it position in regard to Fusilev, it is crazy to add or establish any position.
Especially now the market is going thru correction and it is heading south.
You are wasting your time on the convertible since the note holders have hedged their positions for many strong reasons.
One of the reasons is that SPPI managent which is very weak and cannot deliver. Another reason is that the CEO has exaggerated about some subjects and actually misled investors. Basically, he has lost his credibility.
Third reason is that the company is not run as a public company but as a over grown garage operation. There is no transparency and trust. Meanwhile, most employees are looking at their pockets and do lip services.
Raj claims that the company is diversified while it is not. Over 60% of sale comes from one drug that is going generic and it is only drug that has shown growth. The other 4 SPPI drugs have no growth or negative growth with very small revenue.
SPPI looks like a bad cow. Once there was a cow that could produce 10 times more milk than regular cows but unfortunately this cow always kicks the milk bucket and spill all the milk after milking.
When SPPI has real news, it looks like a donkey stucks in mud.
This Barron or any other pump may not solve SPPI many problems.
Shareholders are saying show the money and what is SPPI plan after Fusilev goes to zero. Unfortunately, SPPI other drugs have negative growth too. The only solution is management change.
I am watching "The best exotic marigold hotel"
An English movie made in India. I looked at these poor indian people and I am thinking, may Raj is collecting money for these people. They barely eat any food.
Sherry, do not worry since all your lost money will go to India for a good cause. No, Raj is not that kind.
Sherry, it is past your bed time. Take your pill and go to bed. We are going to see more losses so we need to rest now.
Joey, Joey, be brave and tell us your story, how much have you suffered by owning SPPI? How much damages have occurred to you by Raj? Why are you supporting this greedy old man if you are not related to him?
May be my selling action is depressing the price. I was planning to have 500k shares.
Raj said número uno stock and he misled me. He has fooled many people and he is only one that has become rich. What a gready old man!
I bought SPPI right after generic Fusilev news. I am down about 7% but I have started to reduce since I see a dark future, at least nearterm, for SPPI.
I wish I could sue Raj who just thinks about his pocket and his bank account. He has strangled SPPI.
With current management, the stock will go lower and lower. It has done for a long time and there is no end.
This was in spite of good market. Now, the market is getting a bit pricy and many stocks are heading south. That leaves no choice for SPPI but goes lower.
"My answer is that I've just received new funds into my brokerage and will buy more shares tomorrow"
I do not believe you. You may be selling in contrast what you are saying.
As long as there is no news regarding appeal court, the stock keeps going down.
Uncertainty is killing this stock. Basically, management has lost the control. This company needs some real changes.
After seeing SPPI sale in past 4 quarters, I lost my enthusiastic for more shares.
This company is expert in destroying a drug sale. Give a blockbuster drug to SPPI, in a short time the drug becomes a regular one and then no doctor wants to prescribe it.
What is going on in this company andd why every thing is very mysterious.
Poor scientists and regularities to work hard to develop and get approval for a drug then to see it no sale or demand.
There is something goofy in the marketing and sale.
Either SPPI drugs are not good or SPPI does not know how to market and sell them. Following are for 2014
FOLOTYN: Q2($12.6), Q3($12.7), Q4($12.2) negative growth even with higher prices.
ZEVALIN: Q1($6.3), Q2($6.3), Q3($4.6), Q4($5) very negative growth
MARQIBO: Q1($1.5), Q2($1.4), Q3($1.8), Q4($1.6) flat and no growth.
Beleodaq is new and we wait to see.
FUSILEV: shows the best of all other SPPI junk drugs. Unfortunately, this is the one that will go generic and joins other SPPI drugs with negative growth.
That is why shorts are all over this stock. They just added another mil in two weeks to short interest.
Fire marketing andd sale and give the task to another company that knows how to do it.
Well, the company needs some real changes in all areas from CEO to ... Fire the marketing first.
