"FedEx will take delivery of the demonstration truck and integrate the vehicle into its on-going operations starting in 2012."
So it's well into 2013 now. Did this ever happen?
It's been a while since I've visited the FIO message board. I see that your position hasn't evolved. How many times are you going to cry wolf?
And just why does it matter that the CFO was Jewish? Thanks for showing your true colors and revealing your shallowness of thought.
...shares can't be shorted yet. Nobody wants to buy right after such a reverse split, and shorts are just licking their chops in anticipation. Volume will pick up dramatically once SYNM is shortable. If you're long, I'd use this grace period to bail out soon.
There's no mystery here. Stop looking for a conspiracy explanation. The drug caused injury & death, the company depends on this one & only drug, hence the company is circling the drain (the drain being bankruptcy). Unless something develops to bring Omontys back from the trash bin, Affymax is done. That's it. One might question how things got this far and whether there was manipulation of the trial data, but that's academic at this point.
You don't seem understand that it doesn't matter what you think *should* have happened or *should* be happening. Reality is unfolding right before your eyes but it doesn't jive with your opinion so you just ignore it - or rather, you fight against it - and encourage others to do the same. You have no morals or ethics.
I thought you were just delusional but now I think you're sadistic. You seem to enjoy urging people to slaughter with your crazy predictions. If that's not the case, then you should just admit you've been wrong wrong wrong and try to redeem yourself a bit.
Bankruptcy court can put the assets up for auction after bankruptcy and multiple parties can bid.
Oh look - dbandie's many logins each thumbed down my post. Another surprise.
What a predictable mindless fool you are, dbandie. If you weren't so clueless I'd suspect you were actually short CPST. You do far more harm than good on this board with your blather, and you're too dense to realize it.
Or would you wait until the building is gone and then grab the lot even cheaper and without the liabilities that come with a condemned building?
Nobody is going to step in to buy Affymax until they're in bankruptcy. Then suitors may come in to scoop up what remains of value for pennies on the dollar. Sorry.
...dbandie, of course! What a surprise.
I should know better; the (wo)man is a broken record.
