I am sure you are right,that is why I asked what was I missing. In the article I quoted it says "Per the WNR offer,each public unit holder of NTI has the following options and it goes on to list the three choices of which the second is $26.06 in cash per NTI unit
Story on WNR site that says "Why is Western Refining raising 500 million. In that story it states several ways NTI shareholders can sell or trade their shares to WNR. One way it states is to except cash of $26.06 for NTI shares, Now today NTI shares are trading around $21.55. And this deal is to close in June 2016 ? That looks like a pretty good profit if you buy today and the deal goes through. What am I missing here ?
