Well, even if they hit the high end of their guidence at 34 dollars per share there selling at 27 times earnings at 40 there selling at 32 times earnings - iI don't think the growth rates justify the high prices. Probably should be selling more closer to 20 than 40 but hey the market is off the charts at the moment , which isn't going to las,t eventually, reality is going to set in and the liquidity is going to dry up.

Either these people don't have a clue about the stock market or they're getting out while they can. Nobody sells stock in a company when the quarter is looking great unless they don't have a clue.
Nobody sells if they think ythe company's stock price is going higher unless they don't have a clue or the outlook is not as rosy as some wouldwant you to beleive.
They're only selling for financial reasons - they would never sell if they thought that the next quarter earnings won't meet wall street's expectation. Nah, insiders never do that.
This might be the catalyst since it gives them the opportunity to show off their technology, which has grab the attention of J&J and Glaxo Smithkline. Then again, i'm no expert in this area.

They just went public, no earnings, just a dream with a good cast of characters, but like all the other biotechs on the exchanges it will be along time if ever that they will actually earn any money . But as you know very few ever do.
That explains it. It would be interesting to buy a bunch of stocks and not take a look at them for 10 years, which most people couldn't do.
