The only method of raising money they will most likely do is through exercising of warrants. They have quite a few out there from my understanding. Several million so plenty to get them through trials. IMO
annual shareholder meeting will be held Sat Sept 20th at 10:00 am at the Inverness Hotel and Conference Center located at 200 Inverness Drive West, Englewood, CO 80112.
The ironic side is if they did purchase now an din a few weeks/months the stock gets back to $10 a share everyone would criticize them. Its a no win situation for them really. They have the money ($60M in cash) to fund for sometime, they have a building already constructed that will allow them to produce huge amounts of the product, they have several studies that show the drugs have had great results. On the downside the CRO they used hired a company that messed up big time and froze the drug. So if this is what causes the share price to drop so be it. I will soon buy more myself and wait it out. Time will tell but I for one think we will all look back and see the missed opportunity. Heck remember when FB went public and the stock dropped and some said it would go to $15? Well it now sits in the $70's or so. Think how many say they owned that and should have held on.
The shorts did their best to short the stock this am to get the price to drop due to those who don't read the news but just look at the action of the stock price. A few got scared but now the truth is starting to come out. This stock is on its way up!!!!
THey are not worried about short term relatively small moves. Remember what their price targets are. A $1 drop is not much compared to where they see it going once trials are done.
I love that he thinks the company is going to spend so much time trying to fool investors. Does he not realize that they are running a business and short term stock movements do not effect them? They are focused on the final results and sales. How annoying this guy is!!!!
Is there any news at all? This stock is thinly traded so it could be just profit taking, manipulation, or a combo where people have made good money over the last few weeks and after the markets action yesterday decided to sell today on no news. I will hold.
middle classes retirement plans only lose their butts if they sell. It is ones own fault if they are swayed into selling. If you like the company buy the stock and don't worry about the daily price. Eventually the longterm story is reflected in the stock price.
Those who own don't want to sell as they either see the longterm view or they figure at these ridiculous low prices they might as well hold. Those looking to buy are probably scared as they only see the bad recent news. With time I would guess this easily gets back to $2 plus but we will see!
Everything is down. If you are in companies like this one you need to stop looking at the ticker and come back in a month or even a year. Their product is great, management is great, and sales keep climbing with virtually no sales force. Ask yourself if you bought at $47 and it went to $57 would you have sold or would you hold on since it was going up? Nothing has changed with the company only the stock price. This is how so many lose money. They buy on the hype and then sell on the drop because of the market and then when it goes back up they buy again. If there where any bad news at all my thoughts would be different, but there is literally no bad news or any news for that matter.
So Lee forged a sig. to get listed. Unless I am mistaken the financials have not been found to be false yet. If the financials prove accurate this is not as bad as it sounds. If they do however then it is over. IMHO
I could care less about studies. The thing is unless you or someone you know takes this you would have no way of confirming if it works or not. When he first tried and was not impressed I sold. After he upped the dosage and it worked incredibly I bought back in. Long term this will do well I feel. I never worry too much about day to day as most smaller stocks can be manipulated too easily one way or the other to worry about it. With a product that actually works though I feel pretty confident with my ownership.
My dad took and at first didn't work but after upping to 2 pills a day his thumbs which would barely move are as flexible as ever. Yes expensive but no longer does he need surgery. If they can bring cost to consumer down this will be Huge!
I'm referring to the drop below $7 and the lack of a rise above $7 after the deal closed. I expected the raise to be less than what the stock was trading at. The $7 didn't bother me it is the drop there after and was worried there was bad news we did not know about. If you listened to the call you would see that everything looks good and most likely it is only a matter of time before this moves higher. Manipulation is still the reason I believe. After all look, by bringing the stock down they have you questioning your ownership. If it moved up to $10 after the raise I am guessing you and many others would have bought more and been excited. Even though same company
