I love the product, but these guys are in a deep hole financially and need to sell stock to keep from going under. My advice: Wait for the dilutive event, and then buy. Be smart.

Absolutely. If anything you should do the opposite of the analysts, with a few exceptions depending on circumstances. Typically they are not worried about the general public. When you keep their calls under the light of where their interests lie, it's usually obvious when they are raising a PT because they want to sell or vice-versa.
