It's been the large holders with there continuous selling moving share price down. Better off with retail holders looking for stable dividend income. Oh Moore took that away! I wonder why share price is tanking. Need honest, truthful and consistent management before share price improves!
Good volume day again today. More than twice average. Share price movement up will be a long haul with so many shares traded under $2.
Market up 165 and AT negative. With huge volume yesterday, wasn't this stick share price down! Moore needs to get things done. Why haven't we seen new PPA's. WHY haven't we negotiate lower debt interest rates! Just more uncertainty for Moore.
Problem is CEO Moore wants to take and take from shareholders by eliminating dividend to buy stock or pay down debt or buy preferred shares. Let's continue to create uncertainity!
He needs to spend his time negotiating PPA'S and better interest rates before rates go up. With debt lowered and credit rating improvement he could get that done. Shareholder value creation will come with performance!
low volume, dn .07. How would like to hold this stock with no dividend? Just lose money on share price! Dividend although small gives retail shareholders some payback while we wait.
Anyone have any idea who is selling?
JPMORGAN probably driving price south along with Mr. MOORE allowing JPMORGAN to pick up cheap shares! It seems to be working. Moore's conference call dividend comment was out of line. Doubt any holders are above water now. Tax loss selling?
I bet everyone is underwater here. With end of year coming, a lot of investors will sell for tax reasons to offset gains elsewhere.
The dividend at end of year helps to ease some of the selling! I wonder if the board gave that any thought!
Also institutions who have been accumulating get your cheap shares. BOD has one institutional director, like Mangrove other institutions will demand board seats and gain control.
Wrong, shorts betting Moore takes divy and stock price craters more. BOD and Moore have done nothing for common shareholders. Look at price movement after announcement. When price craters more, shorts buy shares covering. If no dividend they do not have to pay dividend for shorted shares. They can continue to short.
It takes one year to get 11 million. That is canadian monies. If you divide by 4 you get 2.8 million. With costs you might get 1.3 million shares purchased. If you factor sovereign investors use dividend to purchase more shares you probably get less than a million net. Not good option for catering share price.
Who wins is board and management who get more share options at lower strike prices! Figure it out!
All they would do is eliminate dividend and grant more management options. We could buy down more debt by eliminating options, bonuses and pay raises. No pay increases deserved.
