I'VE BEEN LONG FOR A YEAR NOW

IR at this company is just a mouthpiece for this underperforming management. do not accept what they are saying. if they were doing everything right why do they have little to no cash balances?

why do they have $2 billion in debts?
why are they trying to sell assets at the worst possible time?
why are they paying out 100 mil in dividends?
why is the stock price at ALL TIME LOWS?
This dog is acting like all the other crappiest energy names. Mgt is to blame for pyutting this company in a risky position both debt, and little cash.

i do not think so. the worst thing that could happen was it held before max capitulation. we have not had the last plunge to set the bottom yet. thwe quickest way for it to bottom is when news of dividend elimination. if not capitulation will run its course at lower levels intraday imo.

i blame you for your non-sense talk earlier and probably impacting a few to buy at higher levels. The few on here that warned of this debacle were marginalized by imbeciles like you.

dude there are 530 mil shares outstanding and lots and lots of dividend FOOLS to be washed out. When a good portion of these fools are washed out, I expect within the next two weeks, the daily volume will be 4-5 times avg imo. 8-10 mil or maybe even 20 mil on Capitulation day

u are an #$%$ your non-sense talk earlier probably gave a few shareholders comfort to add more shares at higher levels. The shareholders MUST tell this 2.7 mil paid management team that they must resign and cut the dividend now. Got to go into preservation mode immediately. Should have been done 6-9 months ago.

as of 12/2014 current ratio is 0.80

    Current assets 387 mil
    Current liabilities 517 mil

Not good considering such little cash. Must be tapping the credit facility to cover some of the maturing debts now. YET the management continues to pay out 100 mil dividend which is insane considering the current oil environment. They are mostly to blame for such high debts of 2 billion and so little cash and leaving themselves a poor timing to sell non -core assets at the worst possible time.

only the beginning of capitulation. Price drops will be larger and volume will increase finally climaxing at a probably a 20% + nosedive intraday before bouncing. Kinda of guessing that a round number like $1 will be the ultimate capitulation bottom but not staying down for long. i do not care if i miss the big bounce. The balance sheet is just leveraged, very little cash and trying to sell non core assets at the very worst time and STILL paying out a dividend of 100 mil dollars. This is reckless.

  • grinderepos grinderepos Jul 27, 2015 9:54 AM Flag

i own 0 shares but waiting for the numbnuts in management to eliminate the dividend and get serious about protecting shareholders. Initial capitulation has started but avg volumes continue. would not be surprised if this dropped heavy to $1 intraday and rebounded at max capitulation period. either way if miss the rally so be it. this company has to much debt, to little cash, poor timing of non-core asset sales and the management seems to complacent in dealing with it. wake up

your in disbelief? It has delivered on everything? sure it has. High debt 2 bil, little to no cash, shelf filing and non core asset sales at the worst possible time. They sure delivered a great financial condition.
just let us know when u sell probably be a good buy signal.

    only initial stages of capitulation.

they have to try to save the company???
what drastic actions is the company taking to save the company? So far they are squandering 100 mil in dividends, What dramatic cost cutting? why are shareholders the only ones that are getting obliterated while those mostly responsible for this poor financial position go mostly unscathed in the pocketbook? Incredible the lack of urgency by leadership while shareholders get demolished.
what about the useless board of directors/ They should take a paycut of 25% too!!!!!!!!!

    ask them questions
are u going to issue more shares since filing the shelf registration? if so will it be done as a last resort to ALL cost cutting?
why are u paying out a dividend?
what is status of non core asset sales? what actions will company take if low ball offers?
why is there a lack of cost cutting and shared sacrifice?

Demand answers and do not accept the corp double talk. good luck cuz capitulation has only begun.

  • that is bothersome. They led this ship into this mess...high debts, no cash at the wrong time in the cycle.
They will say it is the oil prices. Yes there is an impact. Did not hear them saying it was the oil prices at 90-100. Just taking big pay increases and all the credit. They blew it big time. And they still continue to blow it by paying out 100 mil in dividends and not cutting costs to the bone....including their own salary as a shared sacrifice as shareholders have been OBLITERATED. The stock is trading like many of the other crappiest energy shares at new ALL TIME LOWS! Get angry sheep. You should be. Demand change. This company can make it, but much better without the overpaid now.

conspiracy theories? good luck with this.

The company is highly leveraged at $2 bil debt, Has little cash, STILL pays out a 100 mil dividend??? and , filed a shelf registration not to long ago and trying to sell NON-core assets at the worst possible time.
    THINK ABOUT IT.

just remember there are 535 mil shares outstanding. There are plenty of brainwashed dividend sheep that have not sold yet. Stocks overshoot badly in capitulation. sheep should be yelling to this useless overpaid mgt to eliminate the dividend to preserve / retain cash. Just the first step. Second step is to cut costs across the board ESPECIALLY the overpaid feeders at the top of the company. It is CALLED SHARED SACRIFICE.
