all segments are falling. mgt has not done well squandering huge sums 29 mil of cash on overpriced buybacks at 18.30 a share and navigating the markets. now they talk of making acquisitions and maybe leveraging up balance sheet? these guys should be restrained so far they have not been impressive.
for year 0.23 eps and sales down 41% with alot of hyping from mgt that 2017 things will get better. did they not say this for qtr 4 on earnings cc. overpriced pretty severly based on current and foreseeable performance. Mgt should take a pay cut to save money instead of firing little people all the time.
ceo is a dope too. only thing these clowns appear to be good at is executing stocks options and selling. why are these dopes getting stock options?
this mgt SQUANDERED 29 mil buying back shares at 18.30 a share. wow. they could not see how bad things have become. these clowns are out of touch with business conditions and have failed to anticipate.
if earnings hold or grow then yes you will be right eventually but that does not stop a technical HFT panic. Robots go bezerk with mom in any direction
it is hard to believe they will be able to show any upward momentum in earnings this qtr. if anything probably just the same poor performance. how does this stock hold at these high valuation levels? would maybe have an interest if it fell down to about $12 a share.
since you did not see it you are to blame for poor performance. well new mgt has done very poorly as sales in all segments are falling. acquisitions have not worked well either. Until i see this underperforming mgt buy some stock not just using shareholders cash to over pay for buybacks then may consider a purchase. so far not impressed at all with this mgt.
why does this stock trade at such a high valuation with the company faltering in all segments and no real boost to sales on the immediate horizon?
all these years all this cashflow and all the compensation paid out and NO progress for shareholders?
Mgt still taking stock options? WHY? For what?
This poor mgt is now talking about doing some big acquisition. should they be trusted leveraging up the company? I do not think so.
first three qtrs of the year earned 0.20 a share. then mgt spends nearly 30 mil buying back shares at an avg price of 18.30 a share. what was the p/e at that buyback price? Pretty pathetic buyback execution. the stock has done nothing for many years and mgt is to blame and should be fired.
at about 4.75 mil a qtr and only 8.8 mil in cashflow operations q4 would say the prudent thing would be to suspend it. the mgt squandered 29 mil in cash buying back shares at 18.30. just an abysmal decision.
