You would assume so considering the dramatic increases in shares traded over the last 3 months. The big boys are turning the entire share count over every month!!
The "Milestone" payments they've previously received seem to be tied to AAPL??? Either way, any mobile deal with a Tier 1 is game changing for this company
All of these fear articles are designed to elicit that exact response... Scared individual investors selling, That's how they win the game because they obviously need sellers to cover their short positions, hence 2MM shares traded on SA article day. And of course the SEC is all over this manipulation to protect the individual investor... NOT!!!
I'd say it probably sways 90-10% in favor of the shorts. It's really despicable the SEC doesn't shut that site down. Taking away the up-tick rule has created a new cottage industry for short sellers. Much easier to spread FUD and destroy a company's stock price than to get it to go higher. Don't even get me started on the definition of "collusion". Profits make these crooks go away and find their next victim
SA, simply being a portal, dis-claims any responsibility for the actions of authors who publish on their site. It's simply a tool for short sellers (and pumpers) to manipulate stock prices in the direction they desire. Welcome to the stock market of 2014
I've learned to separate my feelings when it comes to daily, weekly or monthly fluctuations with AMPE stock price. What's AMPE' stock price worth today??? Ask 3 intelligent individuals and you'll probably come up with 3 drastically different prices. Positive Ampion data should start a reset of their valuation in the eyes of the market. I tend to think they sell the living S**t out of Ampion when approved and therefore the current price is a joke. Hurry up and wait!! Should find out a lot more over the next few months
If Optina scores a decent letter grade improvement, maybe not as good as Eylea, and the mechanism of action is proven to fix blood vessels, why would you think there would be no real world use and therefore limited value to Optina?? I know at least 2 individuals that are taking Eylea and they absolutely hate the needle process and would take a pill in a heartbeat, even if it's not as effective. AMD, RMD(??) and other similar diseases seem to occur in a rather large and growing population. Why can't this drug be prescribed as a preventative measure for earlier stage diabetics considering the high percentage of diabetics that lose their eyesight??? Don't sleep on Luoxis!!!!!!!
Who is on MSFT, GOOG and QCOM's board again???? Answer... you and virtually everyone on the planet has no clue. No more financing needs alleviate worries or fears of further backroom buddy deals like the last warrant conversion at $.70. Dilution is done, look forward. You appear to have learned some lessons from the dark side through your years with VHC. Cover your short, don't be a Hossa!!!
BTW, I recently resigned from the board of a private organization and guess what happened.... NOTHING, business as usual
