If your short, you can't vote! Have you received your proxy vote materials for the annual meeting on the 15th? The compensation plan basically give them half-million in bonuses on top of the half-million in salary for, in the opinion of the board, doing a good job. Vote NO! Tell them to go back to the drawing board and put some actual metrics that us shareholders will get value from. I'm long a lot of shares since 2011 and have been averaging down in the hopes that Vitaros finally gets launched and am #$%$ that these guys get bonuses while watching our value get cut by 60 percent. They need to do more than just show up. They need to be a pain in Abbotts backside to get it launched. They need to get more deals done while waiting for Abbott and the EU. That's my opinion!
Their compensation plan pays these guys half-million dollars just for showing up. Where are the metrics that says they have to get Vitaros on the market in Canada, before the end of the year now. As well as, approval in the EU and MENA countries this year. Damaj got a boatload of money, yet, he destroyed more value in our company than he ever created. Vote NO!
Sorry Kathy. This is registering shares for the convertible notes they sold for $2M. And of course there are reset rights for even more shares if the price goes lower. Why would they press release that they paid off last years round of convertible financing with 38M shares then turn around and do it again? I feel duped.
