Yes they beat last quarter and are still fading. Management should be able to do better then they are doing which is driving the stock price down. Are you saying if management issued a dividend instead of buying back shares that there wouldn't be less shorts? Yes I do believe management should be able to forecast exchange rates and hedge cost of goods (i.e. sheepskins, etc.) what do you think they are paid for? There is a lot more management should have done over the last few years not the last quarter. I posted before I thought the stock price was near bottom and I do believe the share price will rise but I also believe Management should be held accountable for the current performance instead of getting raises, bonus and options. Maybe you are part of the management team and don't understand your position.

I can't agree with you more. I think management thinks they are doing a great job. I don't see them turning down raises, bonuses or option while shareholders get screwed. These guys suck.

In 2011 the stock price was $80 where is it now? Why are the shorts in control because management buys back stock instead of paying a dividend. How is the buy back working I believe the avg cost on the CC was 67+ maybe 69 where is the stock price now - that buyback is really helping. I expect results not excuses - who is profiting Management - I believe they continue to get raises, bonuses and options while under performing. Next excuse will be warm weather, valuation of dollar, etc. You should open your eyes and look at how management has performed over the years not 1 qtr. GLTL

Who is management holding accountable for continued mismanagement. Stock price continues to fall - what is being done - probably issuing more raises, bonuses and options for sub-par performance.

I agree - IMO - Management should be held accountable but instead they keep increasing their salaries and options while they do an inept job. They can't even make money buying back shares and they should know how the company is doing. They are a joke.

    Sentiment: Hold

How's the buy back working guys. You could pay a dividend and reward shareholders instead of wasting money. I believe your avg price is 70+ and your down at least $10 per share over 10%+

I voted NO on most of the items being proposed by management in proxy material. Especially compensation issues - I don't think management deserves anything for the way the Company is being run. They continue to buy stock back instead of paying a dividend. How's that working? Stock price is lower now then it was years ago. IMO -Don't reward them for a bad job.
