And now for the bad news....

    by rymankoly Jan 26, 2016 1:08 PM

Best post yet.. keep it up! Like you I believe will be fine and better days ahead. The good news is that Antares now trading over $1 and hopefully real soon over $3.

six hundred feet under aka wicked, you just repeated what I said... I know Deerfield is going to buy back, and he is also going to cover his short as well. But... I believe it will be back at or below $1.0 where he wants it. If TEVA says nothing of consequence or clarity on EPI come FEB 11th, that will just about seal the deal to keep the PPS at or below $1 and allow for slow short covering and accumulation-- the perfect recipe stewed by the CHEF

I look more at technicals and try to align it w/ the fundamentals. Clearly, loko looks at fundamentals and gets mad when the PPS hits another 52 week low not understanding why. The chart patterns I have been following clearly show bullish falling wedge failures up to the early August timeframe 2015 and another one for December / early January 2016 timeframe-- both wedges failed because of delay and uncertainty. The wedges have a price objective of $3 once we break out, but the latest wedge forming shows we could continue to be stuck in a price rut well past TEVA earnings call FEB 11th if we get nothing positive out of it regarding the contents of a supposed CRL that should have been issued by now. The peak price on 4/16/15 of 3.04 on 9/21/15 of 2.03 and yesterdays price of 1.25 align for the top line expanding downward wedge to account for EPIC DELAY. The bottom line of this wedge aligns with recent lows in the low .90's to .88. If my view on this is correct, we will go lower before Feb 11th TEVA meeting and if nothing is mentioned on EPI we could drift lower within this wedge until market bottoms [specifically the IBB] and/or we get closer to SUMA launch since eventually

    Very nicely put..

I'm not comfortable with ATRS trading under $2 but like others I strongly believe the companies recent news should get ATRS to trade a lot higher than todays price. As a long I'll do all I can to get it back trading over $2 and not under $1. On the second hand the shorts and day traders will love to see us back under $1 so they can continue playing their games.

You're quickly losing my respect. Why are you calling me a lair? I will never play these games like you say. I'm a long Antares investor that have been here for few years like many others. Please learn to respect the opinion of others as you would like them respecting yours. I did mean what I said so let's just see what happens in the next few weeks.

It will not dip below $1 again as you say.. it's time for you digest the new information that was released by Antares. ATRS should be trading above $3 and not under $1. Think about what you're saying as a long.

  • h55h h55h Jan 26, 2016 2:47 PM Flag

There is no reason to dip back to 98 cents again (or lower). I will sell all shares if we do see under $1 as you say. Not taking any chances this time with a reverse stock split. I should have sold all when ATRS broke $2 because of management selling shares in the first place. I'm still not happy that we've been trading under $3 for this long.

  • h55h h55h Jan 26, 2016 2:06 PM Flag

There's no reason for ATRS to trade under $1. If by some reason we go there again as you say than that would be a time to get out and never look back. As a long investor thinking positively it's obvious we hit bottom and now on our way to $5+. Six days trading under $1 is all we can handle.

    Great News Today...
"I believe that we are poised to deliver on several catalysts over the next 12 months including the mid-year launch of the sumatriptan auto injector, the filing of the QuickShot testosterone new drug application with the U.S. FDA, a potential approval and launch of the epinephrine auto injector and growth in our alliance business through additional collaborations," Apple said in the company's press release.

  • h55h h55h Jan 25, 2016 7:44 PM Flag

They should have never sold stock at $2 and if they sell stock around $1 we're looking at a reverse stock split. I'm still here and hoping in the coming months with some unexpected good news ATRS pops over $5 for good. We are swimming with sharks right now and time will tell if we survive this nightmare. I'm selling if we go below $1 again.

Same here.. ATRS should have never gone under $2.00 in the first place. Now it looks like management played the stock into the hands of the shorts nicely. What do they care where we trade if they can just issue themselves more stock. They don't care about us in our dreams as longs their pockets are full. If we don't start trading above $1.00 in couple days we got some serous problems.

Now that is a long talking.. I remember feeling the way we do when I first purchased KERX and ACAD and ended up selling them way to early at the time. I've decided ATRS is my long term hold and will not sell under $10 plus. When we finally get there I will assess to see if I should sell or continue to hold.

    8. During the third quarter, we shipped $3.2 million worth of epi devices to Teva, a 78% increase over the second quarter's revenue of $1.8 million. After shipping these devices for the last two quarters, we still have the majority of Teva's binding purchase order left to ship. We continue to manufacture and ship against this purchase order and we recently qualified a second manufacturer of epi devices. This second supplier began shipping devices in the fourth quarter.

Last week Teva disclosed publicly that they have an action date for their epi ANDA before the end of the year and based on the progress of their view thus far, they expect to get a complete response letter by year-end. Teva believes that this will cause a delay in launch until the second half of 2016.

Our plan is to continue to work closely with Teva on the things that we can't control, such as the manufacture and shipment of pre-launch device quantities of epi devices and supporting Teva around device related questions, if any, that may come as a result of the ANDA review. We have a solid working relationship with Teva and our collective goal is to get the epi product approved with an AB rating to the Epi Pen.

  • Edited Transcript of ATRS earnings conference call or presentation 5-Nov-15 1:30pm GMT

We believe the third quarter operating and financial results speak to the progress we are making against our top priority goals, including continuing to grow OTREXUP, delivering epinephrine devices to Teva, and progressing on the QuickShot Testosterone clinical program.

Our research and development team recently eclipsed two critical milestones for our QuickShot Testosterone program. You will recall in February of this year that we announced top line PK data on trial QST-13-003 which we believe indicates that QST may be a best-in-class testosterone replacement therapy. The protocol for this trial included a 52-week treatment and follow-up phase, and last week, we announced that the final patient has completed treatment. Our development team will now work to close out this trial and prepare the data for inclusion in a future NDA filing.

We believe that this slide shows how Antares is transitioning to a product-driven company. The investments that we made in developing OTREXUP and nurturing our alliance business are coming to fruition. We now have recorded seven consecutive quarters of product revenue growth, going all the way back to the fourth quarter of 2013. Our short-term objective is to continue driving product revenue growth through increased sales of OTREXUP and fulfillment of the current purchase order for epi devices to Teva.

However, we are proud of the multiple opportunities we have developed with our partners and believe that over time, these alliance products will create significant shareholder value.

    GO ATRS!!!
    Long,

    continue..

    Sentiment: Strong Buy
