There was no conversion, and there will be no conversion. Because the converting prices are too high - $3.50, and $5 !!
If they really intend to issue new shares, they will drive up the stock first. So, I think it's time to buy, After all those stupid gamblers have lost their shirts.
Why bother with those clueless posters who clearly missed the rock bottom and they now are talking nonsense.
The SENSUS sales will accelerate into 2014, and the expenses will come down, b/c they are not using a dedicated sales force. Instead, they're using more effective channels and partnerships to drive the sales by spreading the good news nationwide.
Those short sellers are trapped. What else is new?
Sounded like a high school student.
The stock is definitely not "undervalued", given the fact that the cost of #$%$ business has sky-rocked in 2013. With fast shrinking margins, buyers beware.
I want to short into the jack up on low volume.
but who jacked it up in the first place?!
Anyhow, it's a gamble to short in the morning from $6.8+, and it worked for the day. Now, the question is how much the big investors in China will think this Automall really worth in the long haul. And that will determine the price of the stock.
I covered at the close for a $2+ quick gain. The float is too low for my comfort to stay short this thing for too long. Now, I want to buy this stock tomorrow.
Do you even know what you're talking about?
This "company" is made up of a few non-existence smaller "companies" it claims to have bought. Those smaller companies were nothing more than a pop-mom shop for installing the cables. That is what they call the "professional services", and that's the revenue source for the company.
It's a fake - totally irrelevant to cloud computing as everyone was thinking about when they bought up this junkie. It is a fraudulent claim to be a cloud company.
Sentiment: Strong Sell
You really can't change the nature of the company and its management.
It's not a software company, but this management have made it sounded like one. Some people will sue the management for misleading investors.
Thanks for the note you sent to my blog.
You're doing a fine job here with those news items. This Craig-Hallum's new report is pretty much in line with what I've been saying since Sept. My target posted was $7.5 - 8, if I remember correctly.

Gomez already sold out on the way to $5+.
The guy was clearly wrong about this company. The competitions are fierce and PXLW has no pricing power, even if they could come up with some meaningful design win. I don't think AAPL TV would choose to rely on such a tiny player. It's all hype.
Wow. That's really sad for the bulls. I was hoping to see a strong guidance. But now, they have pushed the revenue from the new products to come in the 1H of 2014.
What else is new? That explains perfectly why they had to raise cash. There is hardly any real growth for this little hyped story.
From the selloff already occurred, it's clear the result was leaked. Instead of waiting like last time for the numbers, "they" jacked the stock up before the earning report, and then dumped the stock into the stupid chasers. Not exactly like what they did in the past, but still pretty dirty tricks played out.
