Ok, I've thought about it. I'm in Luke's camp on this one. I think you're being kind of paranoid about all this.

I agree that GA only has a vested interest in putting positive comments in the quarterly reports. But I wouldn't call the comments rosy. They're just comments. And each of the delays (Tingyi contract, Disney distraction, etc.) seem legit. I can't possibly image anything more that would keep Pepsi from moving out on IDC projects in China.

Your grandfather sounds wise. I'm good with believing half. Half of $30 is still $15 bucks. And half of $10 is $5. $10 and 30 bucks are the only Rosy projections I can find. The rest is wait and see.

You keep mentioning the word Rosy. What does Rosy really mean to you? When I read I think the same thing Luke posted... they took a trip, did blah blah, and this was the result.

Rosy to me makes me think you're calling out a lie or GA is coo-coo or something. I'm reading about progress being made. What's so Rosy about that?

Hey Jack.... if your friends have met Greg, tell them to tell Greg its about time to pull the train away from the station!! He should know better than us that.... It's Go Time!! :-)

I'm a young guy, so 100k of these shares is scaring me a little. How many shares do you have Jack?

Come on VF.... take this thing out, and put us out of our misery. VF, buy us out NOW!!

LULU freaking mocks one of the oldest and most iconic sports towns with permanent tile!?!. They make to most iconic yoga pant (Groove Pants) paper thin so nobody buys them any more. Paper thin and over priced. Now Under Armour (UA) is eating them for lunch..... They've lost their way so much, I'm not surprised they haven't released a LULU lunch sauce to help Under Armour's enjoy their lunch more

VF, buy this thing out, right now!! Othewise, this is dead money for years to come. Dead money!!

Jack, ok, you're right. From Sophia's perspective this has been more like a nighmare. She's been in IDND for something like 18 years, and self proclaimed in her 70's is old enough to be tired of waiting. I git that. But even older people can't be blind to the idea that Pepsi alone was all that is needed to reach cash flow positive.

I will agree over the last 3 or 4 quarters we've expected cash flow positive.... and there's always been an excuse. Doing business in China is no cake walk. But, it's time to pay the piper. Le'ts do this.

You have GOT to be kidding me?!?! What information? Enough information is out on IDC to move the price.... hahahahahaha! You are so funny. HA. The exact opposite is the problem. NO INFORMATION IS OUT! All we flipping need is a press release and a couple cool pictures of new Pepsi products and we're off to the races. You're mouth is hanging open Sophia, why don't you put a sock in it.

  • So..... what's the next chapter taking about? Even the website has gone stale! CHMP in 2Q2014 is still on the homepage.

ROTFLMAO.... Hahahahahahaha. OMG this could not be more hilarious. Jack, you win the prize. You post a well thought out paragraph about saying nice things. Being good. It is good to be good, and bad to be bad... and even wanting China to be happy. And one hour later, look at the reply you get from Sophia?!?! Hahahahahahaha. A freaking classic. This will go down in history... it's almost like you are both the same person and she is your alter ego.

False. Last week China announced it was nationalizing Christianity. They don't have time to worry about IDND stock price. They are trying to figure out how to nationalize Christianity without allowing Catholics to recognize the authority of the Vatican. Hahahahaha.

We're starting to see the volume pick up a little bit. As we approach the end of the 3rd quarter, is this a coincidence? The bid has been sitting on .32 for days, how did a .3030 trade get slipped onto the tape? This looks like another market maker conspiracy. #$%$ is a trade of .3030. There are some serious games being played on this. Its about time we get some announcements and get this thing going.

GA, you hear me? Let's get this thing going now. We know cash flow positive is coming. It's time to start priming the pump. The time is now. Lets get it going. NOW !!

What about me man? I said I think the insiders are taking out the float. How come you don't mention my views along with that $30 dollar pie in the sky statement! Pie in the sky... hahahaha, get it? Hair Pie in the sky!!

It's crystal clear to me now. We no longer have a real bid anymore. The bid price is simply the market maker bumping along with a naked bid 10% below the asking price. When someone wants shares of IDND, they log in and buy on the ask. If shares get dumped on the bid, we see the MM drop them on the ask at .3999. This racket is so transparent it's pitiful.

Why do you say they "need" a partner? ACUS has stood alone in front of the FDA on all previous trials. What makes this one different? Oh ya.... they need cash $$. Burrill owns this thing. They decide how much risk they are willing to take. They can fund this alone and take 100% of the risk. Sure, they can find a partner to share in the risk. But the point is trying to discern a potential bankruptcy and the value on either side of the argument. But you are mistaking the idea that Burrill can do what ever they want. For all intensive purposes, they own ACUS.

Jack/oneinvestor59, Do you think they will reverse split IDND to get back on the Nasdaq one day, or grow our way back? 85M shares outstanding..... hhmmm. Interesting!

I'm in agreement with your opinion. Burrill & Co. already own the bulk of ACUS. We have to expect they were directly involved in the decision to withdraw the EU MAA. There is no incremental value in bankruptcy. I assume they will continue to fund this thing through to the final approval by the FDA. Like we felt in the EU MAA process, this has simply become a waiting game. We all thought EU would be sooner and then the FDA would follow later. Now we simply need to wait until later. We will need to wait, wait, and wait some more. This is dead money for a long, long time. I will be holding waiting for a miracle. This is basically what we need now. A miracle.

    Sentiment: Hold

Seems like there are others that think ACUS has one more last chance also. We've moved up to .30 and we're seeing a few shares trading.

There has to be another deal brewing. I don't think anyone is dumb enough to pull the plug without having a bird in the hand. I will be holding until the bloody end.

You know what I think? I think they are purposefully staying quiet even though they have some news they could probably release. The insiders are taking out the float. They don't want to announce anything. They want to take out as much float as possible at these levels for as long as possible. I bet we don't here anything for a while.

It was interesting to see that all 11k shares yesterday where taken out 30 minutes before the market closed. It looked like someone was bidding all over the place throughout the day and finally decided to concede and take the offer asking price.

I also prefer to believe Luke's guess that we will see $3 in 3-6 months.

Where's oneinvestor59.....? Yo 59 !! Throw us a bone and tell us what you're thinking lately. The silence is deafening.

  • hair_pie_face by hair_pie_face Sep 10, 2014 1:06 PM Flag

I think we can now officially say the spring is coiled up as tight as it can go. For the first time ever the tape is sitting 1 penny apart with zero volume. The bid is .39 and the ask is .40.

Everyone is standing pat. Cards held tight against the chest. No more peaking at the hand. We all know what we got. Now we wait for the chips to fall, land on the coiled spring, bounce and fly all over the freaking place.

It's go time!! Time to lay our cards on the table..... NOW!!

The bid/ask are tightened to a 2 cent spread. The bid moved up nicely from .37 to .40. The overall price action is looking very positive. I couldn't help myself.... went ahead and picked up another 5,000 more today at .40. Nothing but green lights on the road ahead!!
