It's a good buy now, the only question is whether it will become even better due to indiscriminate selling by the uninformed and fearful.
These folks better pull a rabbit out of the hat as their performance has bordered on criminal.
Probably the worst thing that happened to investors over the years was the advent of insurance for corporate boards of directors for negligence. This board spurned a $60 offer? For what?
#$%$ investment on a total return basis. I continually tried to explain to pele how this would crumble as all phantom yielders do.
These folks need to sell out, what horrendous price performance. Does Heartland & Wasath still own?
The hoodlums probably covered and went long. It's the late-to-the-party shorts that will be mauled - as usual. While I appreciate the easy money I will make on the long in this stock due to possibly fraudulent charges against the company, I would really like to see some of these short shops severely punished.
You're either a liar or a fool, which is it?
This will be the mother of all short squeezes, appears it has already started. I've seen these ambushes before, damn shame more appropriate retaliation doesn't shut down these chop shops.
let me guess, blue berry is a pre-teen using his mom's computer
What could be more obvious than the coordinated short attack being perpetrated here. The bashers on this board are barely literate, have provided no factual information and should suffer some redress for their actions. I'm buying, this is easy money.
So, UBS rates dlr a sell and the stock sells off. UBS lacks a highly regarded reit analytical team, good day to pick up some shares. My guess is that dlr snubbed ubs on some fee raising scheme, and UBS is pissy about it.
