  • He doesn't own any shares in AEGR long or short. He had a short position at $12 that he was forced to cover at $60, watched it go to $100 whining and complaining the whole way about how Wikipedia said the patient count was lower than what doctors have actually diagnosed. He has admitted that he never did any DD beyond the one Wikipedia article that referenced studies going back to 1970 and older.

He is the same lunatic that posted under AdamWang and Censored (because his posts kept getting deleted because all he would do was badger other posters).

Just so you know who this loser is. Of course he is a liar too, saying he shorted the shares out of his retirement account, which is not allowed, but a lot of his lies don't make sense in the real world.

This stock is stuck. No matter what the truth is, the subpoena hangs over the stock and weighs it down. Until the full story comes to light, this stock is stuck. With our Obama-fat-obese-government that could take YEARS. They are too busy mis-using the IRS, NSA, FBI, etc., to go after Republicans to get anything else done.

What are you talking about? ISIS market cap is 4x AEGR's. Surely you aren't some simpleton referring to the raw share price out of complete ignorance.

Vietnam was before my time, but the war in Iraq was VERY worthwhile. It helped prevent countless more 9/11 style terrorist attacks. You'll never know about them because they didn't happen. The war in Iraq, for anyone interested in seeing the truth, will be heralded as incredibly disruptive to the terrorists across the Middle East.

The only thing that would be a waste is to cut-and-run like the coward that Obama is and let it fall back into the hands of the terrorists and waste all the good that has been accomplished there. And if you are getting all your news from CNN then you can't fathom all that our military has accomplished over there. Go see for yourself and you will form a very different opinion. As of now, you are speaking from ignorance and it shows.

You really don't know anything at all about the FDA do you. They don't care about Europe and they don't care about dying patients. They really don't. They care about the completeness of the application, how it will affect their career (meaning, don't approve any bad drugs), and so forth and so on. NOTHING motivates them. They are a government agency and worse than that, one of the least effective administrations in history in terms of getting things done. No, sadly, the FDA is the worst of the worst of the worst.

I think Eteplirsen will get approved, but there is nothing motivating the FDA to do it any time soon. Never in history has the FDA moved fast and never has it ever come back to bite them. They make FEMA look like a rapid-response team.

  • Goldman rates AEGR a sell based "competition" that will limit their growth. Competition from who/where? There is only one other drug on the market and IT DOESN'T WORK. True it's cheaper, but that's because IT DOESN'T WORK. Goldmen blew this one completely.

They could have at least gone with AdamWang/JetManBash and said the market was smaller than projected, but instead they invented some fictitious "competition" that doesn't exist.

Clearly AEGR is out of favor with institutional investors, falling 70% from the high! but the rationale just makes Goldman look stupid.

His name is AdamWang he posts under about 6 different aliases (like Censored and Jetmanbash) that all point back to the exact same IP address but he isn't smart enough to understand that we know it is all the same person. He sold short a long time ago at $12 and was forced to cover his short at $60 on the way to $100. He lost his entire life savings (so he claims) shorting a stock in his retirement account (where they don't allow shorting by SEC rules) so now he hangs out on this board and bashes it and everybody else out of bitterness and hatred. He is a really sad pathetic case. Most of us left long ago and some of us come back every once in a while for a good laugh.

Sad thing is, he never checked his references, never did any due diligence, then when he lost all his money he wanted the government to intervene. What a sad sad sad situation. A great example for everybody else on how NOT to be.

Anyway, he always invests by looking in the rear view mirror. It is precisely this thinking that got him crushed before and why he will never be a good investor.
