It looks like emms stopped paying their fees for anyone to make a market in the stock. Or simply nobody wants to because management used volume to unload against the stock operator. Bad faith. Management will still sell to pay for taxes. Soon, some will be out of stock. No problemo, sr. Let's issue more #$%$ options.
This was by far my largest, biggest mistake.
With almost 2 months after launch and reports of sales 20% higher than last year's flagship phone, if emms cannot show a larger number for nextradio downloads its lights out.
Sad there hasn't been any inside buying.
From their presentation. Valid for 75% of their loans.
Bodes well for 2017 and beyond.
Dividend covered in full, 100% with core earnings.
No. You are right. This has become such a #$%$ investment that he wouldn't even want to pay 60 cents for the shares.
Just relax. The hammering we see is the MM fishing for shares. MM tries to replenish their inventory (as if didn't have any of this #$%$) before the huge run. So sit tight and don't pooh.
Correct. If you look at what happened in 1929, the 1% had all the money like now, but that 1% where the owners, landlords and land owners. Today, the one who made to the top are the upper echelon of management (and the board) who stole from shareholders.
For creditors, there is a HUGE incentive that terp shares are kosher as it may be the gem they may be rewarded with. Same for Sune who may pay off and restructure its debt by simply selling their ownership. In addition, terp's assets may be sought after by other bidders and it is unlikely they may go for little. Unless there is something we do not know and Wuebbels hid efficiently, terp should be value discounting future cash flow minus its weak corporate governance, which can without a doubt be fixed.
Why doesn't he move in and take a seat? And why doesn't he come up with some CEOs CFOs names? This could be his Berkshire H. vehicle for investing in large scale.
Creditors base is different for the 3 companies so debts are somewhat ring-fenced. In this regard, terp is somewhat safe. On the other hand, sune owns 43% of terp and sune's creditors may want to get a hold of that. Either way, terp's cash flows are independent, stable and safe.
I do not think anybody wants bankruptcy and we will most likely see a waiver regarding the due date for the 10ks filings and we may also see some lending of last resort. But, sune's management are criminals. So even if they overcome the coming hurdle and terp realigns with its future prospects, the real solution should be firing all upper echelon in all 3 companies.
If that is you closing your position just sell and save us the pain. You still have how many? a couple hundred thousand?
of pennies increments has started and can't be stopped. I hear the word in the street is that hedgies are lining up to rule the radio world with Slimyman as the head honcho. Hold on to your shares.
looks like "Penny" Capital LLC is making a big buy today. Seventeen thousand shares and change. I say "change" because peanuts don't matter when faced with the enormity of these purchases. So we have a big boy buying today. Note I never said big boy Rush Limbaugh. Who quit emms for greener pastures. Cheers.
What happened to your stock options, my friend? Why isn't management self-distributing anymore stock options? Paying yourself and themselves lavishly. Maybe there is no market for your stock anymore? Nowhere to unload? Perhaps stock options are now the same toilette paper the real world, investor-held stocks are? No worries, friend. This too shall pass.
From Atom Factory just said in an interview with Bloomberg that terrestrial radio was stronger than ever and that the radio space is big enough for both streaming and terrestrial. And that streaming will become extremely competitive and that there won't a winner-take-all, referring at terrestrial chances.
Wow. By looking at emms you would have never imagined. Smuylan *is* a loser telling shareholders radio faces constant, ongoing pressure. Perhaps he doesn't want the world to see how incompetent and out of his league he has become.
When is Nextradio going to sponsor live events, hire targeted DJs and become really a hallmark of our times? It looks like these losers are simply expecting the app to become a success by waiting for users to download it. The coalition must invest/spend resources on getting backed by bigger names, DJs, live events, clubs, artists interviews, etc. It is a "media" hangout not just a radio app.
Today we have moved 2 pennies on 16,000 shares traded. If big hung #$%$ comes along and buys 100 times that we could move 2 full dollars!! Now, think on that gain! A 200 pennies move in one day!!!
