You have to pay good money for those REIT which rely on one single tenant who is losing 1.5 billion a year. $1.5 billion worth of real property will have to be heavily discounted ,50% because they will lose all rental income when Sears folds in a year or two. If they even succeed in this REIT idea without bond covenant violation.
