“The Street” (short interest) have and will continue to manipulate this stock like a yo-yo until a head nod is given. If you are long on the stock, set a LIMIT SELL price at a higher price; say $10 or more as they cannot be borrowed against or you can call your broker and require that all of your CYTR shares be recorded as Type 1 (cash) shares. Type 1 shares cannot be borrowed by short sellers without your permission. Again, if you are at all interested in this stock price moving higher the closer it gets to an announcement without the STREET manipulating it, please educate yourself on this. I have seen this many times over the years and the only way this stock price is going to move up as we progress towards this announcement, is if the Hedge Funds can’t short your shares.
In the event you do this, be aware that your broker may contact you and offer you a premium (say 10%) to offer your shares up. Some people will take this and I have in the past with different stocks, and others won’t. It your money and your choice… In my opinion, and what I can determine from my DD and certain known events, this stock has a tremendous chance of being successful. Good luck.
