Industrial can go either way, but I believe this is the beginning of another multi-year run for the miners.
MCP being the biggest loser to date, might just be the biggest winner finally.
I know Malone (I met him once!). He is cheap; nonetheless, he'll come to the table with a much better offer when he senses another company is interested. I think management should just tell him to take a hike, that they are no longer interested in selling to him.
Are they thinking they can get a much better price on a buyout? Or do they believe they can
take market share to get a Pandora type rally.
Quite frankly, most of them aren't that smart. One way or another, many of these guys will hang.
