I agree with you, tig1. They are still buying back shares, although at perhaps a slightly slower rate. I wouldn't be surprised at all to hear that Mr. Buffet is encouraging that activity
interesting perspective - my take was accumulation anticipating a fairly good 4th quarter report. For me, "fairly good" I in the range of .029-.033), but that' just my personal perspective. I think we will se tomorrow
shows how inefficient the market can get in the short term. The dividend is a 5% yield - steady earnings; Morningstar and S&P both have it as a 4-star item. I am buying as much as I can
also, the us$ is very strong against the canadian $ US$ = 1; cdn$ = 1.34.
Makes a huge difference in the price of a canadian share in the us.
I read a similar message. Last week I sent a note to the board suggesting they consider a 1 cent extra based upon the fact that they continue to build cash at about $350k per quarter (after paying their dividend). They didn't, but that's ok. I think they will have over $4.2 mil in cash at the end of the year, plus $1.1 mil in a cd. That is about $.16 cents per share!
