What's misleading and false if it DOES start relieving a migraine in 30 seconds?? Key word = starts. Yeah I am sure the FDA is rounding up the "Misleading" task force right now :-) You keep trying though.
No one said "gotten rid of in 30 seconds". "Starts relieving" of was the statement.
Go back and watch it.
A couple guys here (you can guess) are saying "false statement" on the 30 seconds discussed in Horst's FBN interview.
Horst didn't say it...David Asman did and he said it as "that can START relieving migraines in get this...30 seconds". Key word "start".
Even the story byline was a question: "New drug tablet Versafilm gets rid of migraines in 30 seconds?"
Perhaps a bold statement but not false.
It was a promo question with a ? after it. "New drug tablet Versafilm gets rid of migraines in 30 seconds?" Horst didn't say 30 seconds anyway...David Asman did and even he said "that can START relieving migraines in get this...30 seconds".
Isn't the Adversa Tab for pain management still in the pilot study phase per the website (unless I am reading it wrong) ? How could they market it today?
