Cheniere has a significant lead on all the others that is for sure. I think Freeport LNG got DOE approval next after Cheniere partly for the very reason Cheniere got it first. The import facilities that already existed on their respective sites. Which makes FERC approval for an export facility easier to obtain. Having said that though I also think Cheniere will have a tougher time getting its Corpus Christi site approved compared to approvals for Sabine Pass and Freeport due to the Corpus Christi site being greenfield.
Wrong hairytoadus01. When you asked me to show you the calculations as to why Apple is currently priced where it is that makes it subject matter and not just an illustration. You guys with weak arguments are all alike. Even when wrong you just will not admit it. And your problem is it is so obvious.
I could say the same about you hairytoadus01. The sound of your own voice thing. The point you obviously do not get is that over the long run the market is in fact rational. On a day to day basis no. But over the long term definitely yes. And I do not care about Apple and whether it should be much higher. If I did I would be discussing that on their message board. Keep the discussion here about Cheniere.
You could be right ylwsnake. You are in agreement with 1 of the 7 analysts on this stock. But then again you could be wrong. As the other 6 analysts see a price in the lower 30s in the next 12 months. Only time will tell if you are right or wrong. The only problem is you have more against you than with you.
I was not talking to you hairytoadus01 about making excuses. I was talking to getitdone111. Unless you are the same person using both aliases I was not talking to you. The problem with your view of this "one of a kind" opportunity is that it will not be a "one of a kind" opportunity when others export lng. And I have no doubt others eventually will. Secondly Cheniere has already sold out most of its future capacity so there is not much left to play with. I have already pointed this out once but I guess it did not sink in before. The importance of this is that most of what could be wrung out of what will be put in place at Sabine Pass has already happened and there is not a whole lot left to be wrung out. Not unless Corpus Christi happens and that is not a given. Lastly this is not about Apple so I do not know why you even brought that company up. Unless you are just trying to deflect away from the discussion of Cheniere which is entirely possible given your weak arguments.
I think what cwamember is saying is that preliminary authorization is not the same thing as a permit. It should ultimately lead to a permit but they do not actually have the permit yet.
Apology accepted. But I take it you are not going to show us your calculation of how the discounted cash flow supports a market cap of more than $30 BILLION? Is that due to you not having it because you actually have not done it? Or is there some other excuse?
Sure they can apply for more capacity but the question is would it be granted and would Cheniere be able to fill that capacity if approved. These are questions that are far from being answered with any degree of certainty getitdone111. So you cannot count on any of it happening and factor it into what the stock should be valued at. In other words you cannot say what if they do this or that and then say this is what the stock should be worth.
Yes I know about cash flow projections. Did you discount them? Does it support a market cap of more than $30 BILLION? Because that is what it would be for you to have a 10 bagger getitdone111. Show us your calculations and let us see if you know what you are talking about smart guy.
Do not disagree with you hairytoadus01 that the market is rigged but do strongly disagree that fundamentals do not matter. They certainly do and anyone who thinks they do not is a fool many times over.
It is good to have unrealistic expectations? That is funny hairytoadus01. Just understand that you are trippin through fantasyland with your unrealistic expectations on this stock. And BTW Powerball is Saturday night. Do not forget to buy your tickets. The more the better. You could win you know. LOL
Then why is the 1 year target of 7 analysts a little under $33? Do you think you know more about this company and stock than they do? You realize the stock has more than doubled in the last 6 months? That growth rate or something near it cannot continue for another 6 or so months IMO. I will say it again. Get real people.
Fast track themselves into what? A business that has already sold most of its future capacity and thus does not have alot left to play with? Sorry hairytoadus01 but it is you who is being foolish. And unreasonable.
A 10 bagger for getitdone111 would make LNG a $30+ BILLION company. And that is not going to happen hairytoadus01. Like I said before you people need to get real about your expectations. And learn to do some simple math. Like multiplying stock price times number of shares outstanding to get market cap. LNG cannot possibly reach a market cap of $30+ BILLION in its current state. So get real with your expectations people.
Hate to break the news to you getitdone111 but there is no way it will be a 10 bagger for you. Some of you people need to get real with your expectations.
What was it you were saying ylwsnake about LNG not liking the 30s much? Another one of your bad calls huh?
I thought Pickens has always been against lng exporting. I thought he was for keeping our natural gas here and using it as a transportation fuel. Why the seemingly opposite view now?
That reminds me wiffmyanus how is that short you put on at $22.10 doing? Yes I know it was hardbrownbone who supposedly did it but I know you can answer.
Yes ylwsnake what happened to all the talk by you and others about this stock going to the low 20s when it twice dipped down to around 25 earlier this month? Did not happen did it? And now back up again to near 52 week high. Did not work out as planned huh ylwsnake?
So much fun for who? Psychos like you?
