Anyone know in detail what the game plan for the "spin off" is? TSEM reducing debt and having a new large contract with Intel as well as spinning off seems to equal larger growth for TSEM. Problem is, Kenon can sell those shares in whichever way they want as stated in the SEC filing. Spin Offs are generally very volatile so this action is not unusual for the circumstance. Last ER was huge beat and over 8 mill shares traded that day. This ER only a little over 3 mill traded. So there were some people selling the news but nobody jumping in. This likes to break trend lines and come back above them. Hard stock to trade if you're a technical trader.
