I wonder how close Apple was to do a 10-1 split after it too was trading over 700.
Priceline did a reverse 1-10 split, so did Chart communications. Both worked out well. Maybe Apple should and it will be a 5,000 stock lol!
MasterCard 479 to 800. No iwatch or China Mobile deal needed for them. 562 to 654 from june to august, then a dip to 606. 606 to 687, then dip to 653, then 653 to 800 which it hit in after hours. a $50 dip and a $30 dip during August thru october
Amazing! I just checked out what MasterCard just did. Everything that investors would hope that Apple will do. A stock split, a buy back, increased dividends. By the way, Cramer said he liked Visa over MasterCard on Friday
by the way. I have a sell order of Apple at 650. The last time I sold Apple at 650, it went on to over $700. Not sure what I will do if my 650 order gets filled, would hate to see it go to 750, but then that's greedy of me?
I like Apple, but this is a crazy statement from an Analyst. Carolyn Boroden predicting a $792 price target if the stock can surge past a resistance area between $575 and $582 a share. What moved Apple up after hours, but not by much is this: Tim Collins took a longer-term look, using a monthly chart to note a bullish channel for Apple that extends back to 2006. The support line of that channel has never been breached, and that could see Apple at $900 a share by 2015
Change the business model and just make it a hardware and automotive store. Don't allow Home Depot to sell craftsman products
wow, that's a dumb post. He writes about margins, then writes about how Apple should price its product cheaper lol! Does he even know what margins means? lol!
let me guess. You missed out on Priceline, so your hoping you'll get a second chance with Apple
another new guess: Apple May Sell 20M iPhones on China Mobile, Says Global Equities. I still like my guess of 70 million. These other guesses are too low because 3G sucks and once the Chinese see how good it is then my estimate is more likely. Estimates are low because only 176 of 700 million subscribe to 3G
Steve Milunovich from UBS is at the low-end with 10 million or more in calendar 2014 with Brian Marshall at ISI at the high-end with 38.7 million. Me, I think that once people see how good 4G is from 3G, then you'll see a big part of the 176 who are subscribed to 3G will jump on board to 4G, but what phone they will pick and if its Apple is based on if China Mobile and Apple can come up with a great affordable plan
