Rather than being unsubstantiated, I got the info from the 800 number on their website. The guy I talked to said that the RO had been withdrawn (true). What he didn't tell me was it was going to be revised and refiled. In all fairness, I did talk to him about 4:15 and I'm sure he was clearing his desk for the day.

Talked to Ralph Bradshaw at Cornerstone. They withdrew the rights offering due to a paperwork error.
