Can aapl do the stock buy back with off shore money and not pay the U.S. taxes?

It is nearly impossible to believe that we have people flying our airliners with the mental capacity of a moron.
What if he had a real emergency like the US Airways flight that lost both engines and to make immediate decisive action to ditch in the Potomac, or like the 757 that ran out of fuel and had to land on a drag strip in Montana.

What did the crew tell him; If they can't communicate the scope of a problem as small as this and divert the pilots attention from the task at hand. United better come up with a retraining program.
I think the problem comes from a management that doesn't care about the welfare of the passengers.

With little or no expertise, just about anyone can get started in a life of cybercrime for a few hundred or few thousand dollars. "Cybercriminals also reap profits by renting or leasing of hacking tools to third parties, often for a set price but subject to negotiation." Hiring a hacker to set up a botnet costs about $350 or $400. Crimeware, such as a Zeus module, costs anywhere from $10 to $500. A direct denial of service (DDoS) attack costs $535 for five hours a day for one week. Basically, the new mantra is that crime does pay, and anyone can afford to get into the game.
The CaaS players have built a business model that rivals more mainstream service providers, complete with executives who oversee operations, recruiters who devise and execute malware campaigns for customers, and the on-the-ground infantry who initiate infections on users' machines. Recruitment of infantry members is done through web portals.
One of the most practical ways to recruit infantry is through a general-purpose advertising campaign. These ads could appear on Internet job boards, hacking message forums, and underground IRC chat channels. They might have a headline that reads, "Want to earn money online?"

Going forward is Apple a growth stock or a Value play.
Google is still in the Growth glaas.
IBM has made a great transition from growth to Value.
For a value play, I think Apple is still expensive.

Do not go to their links. or your computer will be wasted.

These site with enormous numbers of nonsense recs are linked to phishing and malware sites. I thought Yahoo was going to put a stop to this #$%$. STOP THE SPAM!!!
