  • I accounted for all the variables such as products, pricing, market segmentation, product positioning, product recognisation, competation, R & D, Innovation, market penetration, raw material availability, PE ratio, Earnings, Balance Sheeet and Cash position etc. etc. and I have come to the conclusion that aapl will rise by $30 tomorrow

  • According to Bloomberg agreement on Greece will be reached by this thursday. As you can see the market is slowly inching back towards positive territory on this news. But prevent further damage do not sell anything anymore because whatever you sold in the morning the shorts profited by it .

I am mighty sure that the dow will zoom to 44,000 real soon. After all the great United States is an island of stability and sound marketing and economic system. I am also predicting that GILD will reach $270 or more and split. The only question is whether it will be 2:1 or 3:1. Frankly and honestly the whole market is hot specially the BIO Sector. Only a short or a naive idiot will take an opposing view on this. Talk to you later, got to go to Church now.

Yes but if you have a 401K plan or 403B (not for profit) plans you don't pay any taxes until you cash out and that you could do on a gradual basis once you and I retire. Thank you

Sorry, the article was entitled "3 Healthcare Mutual Funds poised to surge" and not 2 as initially stated by me.

Zack Equity Research had an article on May 18, 2015 entitled "2 Healthcare Mutual Funds poised to surge". Among the three there were two which belonged to Fidelity namely FBIOX=Fidelity Bio Tech and FSPHX=Fidelity Health Care. Zack Equity Research had some outstanding things to say about FBIOX. And Gild is one of the main holding in FBIOX. To get to the article go to Yahoo, go to Finance, enter FBIOX in the "fill in" as if you are requesting a price for FBIOX. Once you do that the benchmarks for FBIOX will appear including ther closing price etc. but also the article will appear by Zack Equity Research below the benchmarks for FBIOX

  • Zacks Equity Research dated May 18, 2015 had a article entitled "3 Healthcare Mutual Funds Poised for Surge". Two of them belonged to fidelity. One of them was FBIOX=Fidelity Biotechnology and the other was FSPHF=Fidelity Healthcare. A very nice and fair and balanced article. Thank you Zacks Equity Research. To get to the article go to yahoo finance, then enter FBIOX for stock and the article will appear below besides the benchmarks for FBIOX.

mrb , fishart4 just kicked your bu_tt. Yellen used the words differently than you used. second, she does not know much about stock valuation that is not just her area . third, Fidelity said that PE s are not high. fourth, bonds are doing terrible and CD s and Saving Accounts are just not good investments. fifth, dow has not been up since December'2014. sixth, we have lots of money sitting on the side line waiting to be invested . seventh, we have great balance sheets and low PE s ratios and again money waiting to be invested. eighth, we have low fuel cost, low inflation, lower unemployment , high confidence and great retail sales and earning. nineth, we will have a greatly improved GDP come second quarter of 2015. tenth, over 88% of the companies surveyed have said they are going to expand in 2015. that number was only 15% in 2014. and number eleven, lots of companies are returning to the United States to set up shops here and lots of companies from abroad are coming here to set up shop and number twelth, the whole world is beginning to do better such as Europe,, West Asia, South East Asia, Middle East, Latin America, Australia, Africa etc.

  • My analysis is showing a great uptick. I see an uptick of $32 between today and Friday this week. We all agree that the downtrend was over done by some real nasty people. This uptick will be specially true because GILD and CELN are expected to come out with great results tomorrow.

  • The front page of the business section says beware of foreign stocks i,e, investing abroad. Well the following few pages has another article which says to invest in Europe. So which article to believe in? I would say none. Better to invest in U.S. companies with significant interest abroad. Better still invest in BIO, Tech, Health Care, Pharmacy, Blue Chip Growth, Technology, Utilities, Transportation etc. etc. Mutual Funds in the Great USA Market and the Great USA Economy.

"believe". That is not logical says Mr. Spock. I believe a UFO will land on your drive away this weekend . It will have a seating capacity for three people, you and the two green looking spaceman. They will take you for a ride and you will never been seen or heard from again.
It is my guess that you are a short and need to cover your positions at the above mentioned price. Well Sir it won't happen unless you also believe in Santa Claus?

  • The manipulation took it's toll. The shorts came out with flying colorrs . But I believe we will rebound sharply next week. Don't be surprised if you get to see a 800 points rebound on the dow next week and S & P and NASDAQ will be even higher percentage wise.

  • Granted that the cunning analysts, the chartists, the graphists, the economists, the hedgees, the shortees, the putties, the gurus , the pundits had a field day in January'2015 and it was a down month for all indices . I can see them grinning with their 32 s and or dentures and going to buy more caviar, steaks and bottles of wine and planning vacations, IV league Schools for their kids and new sport cars. But let's look at February'2015 and why I feel it would be great for the longs and that the market will rise sharply. First up front we had some great quarterly results from most of the companies such as aapl, boeing, yahoo ,banks etc. etc. etc. etc. etc. Then we have low int rates, no inflation, lower unemployment, positive GDP, great retail sales and profits, great housing, exports are up, confidence is up , it is pretty much certain that interest rates won't go up because the President wants middle class to buy more homes and refinance, great balance sheets, lot of money sitting on the side line waiting to be invested (you must be insane to invest in bonds, CDs or bank deposits) and on top of that we have almost 100% industries doing great such as banking, insurance, autos, agriculture, aircraft manufacturing, other manufacturing, BIO, TECH, Pharmacy, Health Care, Utilities, Transportation, Airlines, IT spending etc. Granted the neforious designed people have played havoc with first the Ebola Crisis, then Russia and Ukraine, then Oil prices are too low, then Greece, then EU and on and on it goes . Believe it or not we don't have much to do with any of these things and by the way india just announce that their economy grew by 6.9% rather than the 4.8% they were projecting and China will grow at 7.2% or even and that is about 3.5 billion people and then we have outstanding GDP growth from United States, Canada, Mexico, even Argentina, entire Asia basin such as indonesia, philliphine, australia, malaysia, taiwan, korea, hong kong, etc. . and then in Europe also. • Since yesterday I have been hearing lot of talk and chatter of buying into GILD. If I were a short I would worry today and cover my short positions because frankly and honestly GILD was, is and will always be a great buy and opportunities do not avail of themselves that often as they have availed of themselves this week. It's a win win situation and you don't have to have an MBA or be an expert to understand as to what I am alluding and referring to. Such is my firm believe that I am myself buying more today as I have been doing through out this week.

WOW! It is going to be a great day for the Bio Technology. Amgen is already up $10 in pre-market.

  • The analysts/the graphists/the chartists/the economists/the pundits drove the market down in the last few sessions specially our beloved aapl and now watch and learn. Aapl and the market will rise today and the rest of the week. Why? Because the above mentioned people and their friends covered their short positions cheaply and now you will begin to hear "stock of the century", "best stock for 2015 and the coming decade" , "recommended listed" and on and on. Even my four years old grand daughter could have told you that . Then why the hec_k did you sell to the above mentioned goons to enable them to cover cheaply? Think about what I just said. At least when you go to a doctor(s) they mostly give you one diagnosis. They goons , the more they are the more opinion they will give you. No wonder when asked whether they would want to work/intern for the wall street very few graduates said yes.

  • Upfront, the news just hit the wire "Europe has trade surplus". Last week Greece balanced it's budget and had a positive GDP growth of 0.7% and if you listen to CNBC with it's onslaught day in day out, Europe was about to break apart according to the lies canard. This is going to be a tremendous day and week for the U.S. stock market because one of the great Pundits just announced that there is no other alternative to investing in the U.S. stock market. Talking about Japan yes they had two quarters of negative growth but lets look at the entire pacific rim:China growth of about 7.1%, India (not part of the Pacific Rim but very close) growth of 5.9%, then we have tremedous growth from philliphine, indonesia, malaysia, taiwan, singapore, south korea and even Australia. So lets call the "lie canard" what it is . It is a lie canard.

    Sentiment: Strong Buy

  • Time to buy at the opening. The entire BIO sector is set to rise sharply today and through out this week. BIIB is already up around $10 in pre-market. I am hugely buying a BIO TECH Fund at the opening today. Yes Japan is an issue but the rest of the world is doing great e.g. China growing at 7.2%, India growing at 5.9% and then we have indonesia, philliphine, Taiwan, Singapore, South Korea, Sir Lanka, Malaysia even Australia growing at a fantastic pace. Indonesia just announced a growth rate of 6.9%. So my friends do not underestimate the pacific rim in terms of growth.
