I have a feeling that you are well read specially in economics hence your predictions are mostly true. Keep up the good work ol'chap.

    Thank you.

p.s. not trying to brown nose you. Just feel that somebody ought to appreciate you.

Amgen was down $2.69 yesterday but today it seems to be up by between $9 to $10. I thank my luck stars=towards the close yesterday I jumped into the bio sector and bought 155K worth of mutual fund with Amgen as a major holding. I have recommended to others to do the same. According to the articles I have been reading bios and techs are supposed to rise sharply starting now due to extensive research and positive outcomes.

    Sentiment: Strong Buy

  • I am very heavy into tech and bio tech. This I believe is the wave of the future. So I just bought additional 2,000 shares of aapl this morning. I think it will zoom pass $200 sooner than most people think. Just think, from building a road and a bridge to transmission of data to flying a plane or a warship to running a factory , or space satellite or producing food to timing everything you need to such as when to water your crops (done very well in Israel due to water shortage) etc. etc. all depends upon technology.Or the inventions of new medicines etc. These are just a few samples I gave. There are hundreds and millions of others which are very hard to list. So go technology specially aapl.

    Sentiment: Strong Buy

  • I now trade mostly on line. Just got a call from my former broker. He confirmed a 7:1 split. WOW! He is projecting $100 by the end of the day. I think I will buy 2,000 shares at the open. This will give me a total holding of 6,900 shares post split.

    Sentiment: Strong Buy

  • I often don't keep up but my guess is aapl must have split 10:1 today? Can anyone confirm my observation? To me it means if I buy 2,000 shares it will cost me approx $200K? What a bargain! I will see if I can buy pre-market other wise I will gallop at the open. What a great move on the part of aap! I also see new products and acquisitions happening at the same time. Looks like they really have their act together. WOW!

Mr. Levin, congrat on your tenacity. You have the right idea. I will say market will be up next week with 90% certainity and the month of May will end very strong. I am a long too and I have always done well even when I bought heavily in the month of May of any year under consideration. It is so naive to say "go away in May" as if all activity comes to a stall in May. So stay on course sir and lot of blessings to you.

Also normally when we have a friday recovery from low to almost positive it sits well for the coming week. In this case the market recovered and ended higher quite sharply.

    Sentiment: Strong Buy

  • Up front I will tell you I have years and years of experience investing in the stock market. First of all the friday effect was very promising. At least this year most fridays hve been down except for yesterday. Second the small capitalization index showed a remarkable recovery yesterday which begins to prove that the recovery is beginning to look like a broad based recovery. Third , retail sales and profits have been good. If you look at WMT's results they were not bad at all except for the hostility it faces from the shorts and the option traders. Then then the high end retailers did very well. Which proves that the weather was prevening the middle income and low income people to get to the likes of WMT and Target etc. All this is history now since the weather is back to normal. Fifth there is lots of M & A activity going on specially in Pharma, Bio and Tech and acquisitions and new listings coming to the market is pretty good numbers. Sixth we continue to have low int. rates, no inflation, high productivity and high confidence, high exports, lower unemloyment , positive balance of trade for the current year and health reforms have been quite successful and the B.S. about Europe specially Greece, Italy, spain and Portugal has been ignored lately because now CNBC realizes how wrong they were about Europe and EU crisis so they pretty much ignore it . They will continue to play havoc with Ukraine (anything to make the shorts rich) but that issue did not come up this week and Putin is hurting very badly. Please watch FOX's weekend report today. It is a cronical of complainers jealous of this Administration's achievement specially Tracy Burns ( a regular on Brenda B) and Gerry K(on Neal K's show if he shows up). As a registered republician I am ashamed. I may vote for Ms. Clinton this time around.

    Sentiment: Strong Buy
