Not only that, but the institutional buyers get warrants, so the stock is practically for free, they can sell the warrants tomorrow and make money. Unless SOL gets bought out or partnered, they will be forced to dilute as business grows..I like the company, but it's still a high beta penny stock.

Maybe I am not a sophisticated investor, but I do know that we America is going to be THE major producer of shale oil, Nat gas, and LNG. Refineries are needed, but with new FDA rules, existing refineries have the advantage. Also CLMT producers specialty products needed.
