by hjclasvegas6969 •May 13, 2013 8:15 AMwho writes AT the money calls ? IF you think brkb is headed down you BUY puts, thats how you BUY insurance, you dont sell at the money calls for puny premiums at this time. The option premiums in brkb are gone, along with my large exposure to brkb.

mornin jad, thats always the point, no one ever drills down on buffett to get a substantive answer on anything ? If rates rise to make bonds a terrible investment, how will that effect stocks ?

i will not be returning any cap to partners for the rest of my life, unless brkb tanks, the stock is trading very well !! i sold more today at 111.46, thank you uncle warren for the opportunity to sell at a fair value.

maybe uncle will write an op- ed on the state of the IPO market these days and how deals are STRUCTURED , shameful. OR, is uncle going to say, wfc has an investment banking division, they do IPOs, i had no idea ????

no one asks buffett the obvious. ibm buys back at any price, brk started with a 1.1 xs book limit. WHY is ibm always a great value regardless of price but buffett used a 1.1 xs limit as the max he would pay for brkb ?
