OK, let say someone is selling 58 calls. If it doesn't reach 58, he gets to keep his stock and the money selling call. That is his interest for today not letting this stock closing at 58 or above! Am I right?
According to these ANALysts, we don't need oil anymore. There is no reason to drill. We just round up these ANALysts and liquidate them to make bio-fuel.
downgrade to short and update to sell. Why do people fall for it and dump stock and buy them at the wrong price? When do we line up analysts against the wall and send them to "heaven" for the greater good of society?
lol, thumbs down....I can understand. You all belong to the same manipulator class. You know who you are.
Wall Street manipulators deserve the concentration camp.
It is a group of gangsters ganging up on retail investors to pocket our money. Here is my #$%$ trading experience:
I bought NE on margin. Then it took a deep dive for 2 months for no reason. I was forced to sell some for margin call. Then I did some covered call to make some money back. The stock climbed back up for no reason. I have to buy back my covered call to keep the stocks. Now I have lost both ways; up and down.
Now I wonder how safe is our money in 401K with this kind of market manipulation. Is our money safe anywhere? Inflation and fake CPI will eat them away even if you stuff your money under the mattress.

Did you notice that he used to work for KKR? If you ever read the "barbarians at the gate" book, you know this guy is a fraud and absolutely has no business to be in financing or running anything. He is just a lawyer who got lucky and has been leeching money off investors for years.
Yes, I have to hold it because I am way underwater. I'm prepared to hold this as long as I can. The dividend I receive while holding isn't bad.
I just bought a few batches. As far as I know, it is the fear about growth in China (iron ores) and some old coal fire utilities are shutting down in this country due to EP law. CLF has coal and iron ores right? I just buy the swoon and sell the pop. Can't do much about fear of this or fear of that. Just make sure you don't overpay for the stock.
sold a small block of VLO early this morning. I want acorns instead of waiting further. They may drive it down next week as the weather warming up. We haven't had a big swoon lately.
Doesn't matter what the condition of the stock market is. We always play sell the pop and buy the swoon at the right time of course.
well, who says that the buyer will keep all pipeline going? They may put on hold some questionable items and put money on the rest. However, a big pocket company like GE, Abbott, or Siemens medicals can afford it.
is looking for a buyer of the company. I can bet on all your stock that it is north of 3 bucks a share! Everyone knows that.
