You are absolutely right, except I think Gabriel is more than a year away from coming to market.
Everyone is waiting for the same thing, to see how much buying this attracts through $2. It should create a lot of buying given all the prospects for NAVB and all the cash available to them. There's nothing to scare buyers away, so this should be an explosive move higher.
VHC needs to be in the 3's to be somewhat comfortable market cap wise. It's turned down now as the shorts know when to pounce on something that's artificial.
This can only mean that VHC knows the value of their IP, and it's nowhere near what they thought it was. Now, I doubt if AAPL will ever pay anything as they know they can fight this to the end.
He's posting like crazy. You are exactly right, he knows VHC just gave away the whole ball of wax to MSFT for a lousy $23 million. Who is going to settle now after they gave away the whole thing to MSFT for virtually nothing. You are right, no wonder gizmo is panicking!
As usual, you're the only one that understands what happened Friday. MSFT gave this pesky patent troll a whole $23 Million when VHC thinks their IP is worth billions. It's so funny it hurts. AAPL now has no reason to ever pay this company a dime. It's obvious their IP is worth peanuts and nobody wants it.
Your insight is incredible. You nailed this thing as a great short a couple years ago and, if I remember correctly, it was because they couldn't get Gabriel off the ground. They couldn't get anyone to test it. You called it exactly right.
What a great analogy. This guy geejo is down 85-0 in a game and he's acting like he's ahead by that score. Good one!
His post is almost as informative as your posts. Who would be long VHC given all the info you and Amadeus provide? You have to short this junk or don't play it at all.
Excellent find. So jsteven looks like "external beta tester" for Gabriel. What a find. It looks like VHC was trying to fool the market with that PR.
The problem is, FDA approval is years away.
this device should be worth multiple billions of dollars if it can do what they've been putting in the press. However, when the CEO sells shares for 4 cents, he's telling me as an investor that he's running a scam. It's pretty clear.
Yes, and it's really great the stock flew up almost 3 cents on this news. Who would have thought we'd see that kind of rise out of this stock on news Pretty unbelievable. Just think, if this machine can cure cancer, this stock may go up a nickel or maybe even 6 cents in one day!!
dagger, i'm actually trying to help people like you who don't understand the market. Doesn't common sense tell you this stock should have been up a bunch today based on the news? I feel sorry for people like you who fall for these type of shannanigans that should be illegal. Ask yourself why the stock was up 2 cents when they have the cure for ebola and Hep C.
That explains why it only went up 2 cents on this incredible news. While the people they were promoting to were buying the stock, this company was shorting twice as much. The stock has to be a scam. There's no other way to explain it.
Billy, you're missing the point. The patents were said not to be invalid, but they weren't said to be valid! Wake up and smell the coffee. That's why the stock is near $4.
