Of course, he needs to get the share price up so he can sell 10 million shares at $3 rather than sell 30 million shares at $1, which is where this was headed. Looks like he fooled enough people so far to keep the stock above $3. Really unbelievable how naïve some people are that with all that this CEO has done, they still buy his stock.
I know ASH is in December, but I thought they'd at least have a good idea of approval or not. Now, I see that immunotherapy could make these two drugs unimportant? This is much too long of a wait and now throw in the uncertainty of the drugs because of immunotherapy? Now I understand why it's selling off.
Well, let's put it this way, TGTX' drug combo is supposed to be better and safer than that of PCYC. Abbvie paid some $26 Billion for PCYC. There is no way TGTX is not being watched by other major drug companies as a takeover target. I would think a takeover would be sooner than later because once this combo is approved, the price tag soars....
I've never seen insider sales like this. Most of them sold the majority of their holdings in the last few weeks! That certainly isn't a good sign or am I missing something?
IOT chips are one of the hottest sectors going. If this company has a chip this good, things are about to change dramatically. Just look at it this way, one of the biggest car sensor companies already signed a deal with QUIK? That speaks volumes. This company may have finally found it's Golden Goose...
Very impressive company web site and this company is in Silicon Valley, so this is the real deal. If this chip is as good as advertised on their web site and uses low power, there's billions of devices this is capable of going into. That's a very impressive first partner they signed.
sorry, they just diluted in May.....come back next year and maybe your timing will be better about dilution. They aren't diluting two months after just having diluted. You can't possibly be that naïve.
That's the problem with shorting CRR. Expectations are so low that they can announce a bad Q and fly higher.
good point. the longs are happy to pay him a huge bonus, I guess for the fruit or whatever he puts out at the shareholder's meeting. I can't imagine why else they'd be happy with his big bonus
You are absolutely right I never thought about that. MSFT paid for this junk and they don't even want to use it. That is eye opening for sure
