oh, I see it - it's still there under your other id.
"Crash and burn today....down 21%. "
480 shares at .157 bozo.
well jerry - it's as good as you screaming about the shares being down 21% on Monday when that happened on a trade of only 480 shares at .157 for $75 - huh? and why did you remove that post?
jerry, that would really be a blow to your short position - wouldn't it?
you do understand that once it crosses 20 cents that will be the new support and it's higher from there.
it's not a matter of if it will happen, just when - though I can assure you, it will be during this month, likely sooner rather than later.
enjoy the long weekend jerry - you should take a break from worrying so much about Brekford. the company will be successful no matter what you post.
and jerry - isn't it quite ironic that right after you post, all of a sudden someone buys shares at the highest price in months?
go look at the barchart site buddy - Strong Buy - short, medium, and long-term indicators - all of them say buy. technically, the shares are preparing to launch. what piece of news do you think the company will release that will ignite the rocket?
you sure are interested jerry.
in fact, you show more interest than everyone else combined considering how frequently you post under all your ids.
"Why wouldn't it be part of accessing a CEO's view on paying one's bills"
Because the CEO owns over 30% of the shares.
So, yes, regarding your question on your prior post, the CEO owns you.
Who is happy to sell their shares for 1/3 cash value when you are profitable and have no debt?
Why that would be your CEO and your CFO. Such smart business people...happy to sell $6 for $2 or less.
This joke gets funnier as the pumpers come out of the woodworks.
It will unravel. I may need to pass along to Muddy Waters, as they love digging in to these China schemes.
Ms. Lianyun Han, Nutrastar's Chief Executive Officer, commented, "In response to continued investor concerns over my voting power and the request for shares to purchase, we decided to further reduce my holdings in the Company. I am pleased to hand-over these shares to our long-time shareholder and partner, Accretive Capital, and to our new strategic shareholders, MLTH and their affiliated parties, both of which are highly devoted to seeing Nutrastar succeed domestically and internationally."
Fearon is a joke. The news means nothings. As it says, Fearon/Accretive first invested in NUIN in January 201 - when the shares were $3.25 to $3.50.
keep telling that to yourself as it all unravels
why are insiders so willing to sell their shares at such discounts to (reported) cash value?
the only possibility here is that you are being foolish. we've seen this story out of China many times with other companies offering similar ancient Chinese herbal medicines. exceptionally successful business? ROFLMAO!
that's all ok though - when it falls apart, and folks like yourself are coming back here to post that they were fooled, you can always say that Fearon lost more.
oh wonderful - now why does that mean anything and what does it prove? we have many examples of China-based companies that go to enormous lengths to paint a pretty picture. it still means nothing as far as the financials and whether the business is successful.
why are insiders selling stock to Fearon at $1.40 when the market price is over $2?
open your eyes man.
what color is the sky in your world? going private? $6? again, what color is the sky in your world?
the insiders unloaded shares to Fearon and were laughing all the way to the bank.
it's not news, and it was never disseminated - someone (jerry) googled and found the public notice from a local newspaper. anyone can pull it up with google.
it's a FL plot of land (anyone can also pull up the county information using the info in the public notice), he probably bought for a vacation home, then defaulted for one reason or another - not unusual with FL real estate over past few years. but, the thing is that it's his personal business and has nothing to do with company affairs. nobody here knows the circumstances.
I put it on the same level as folks on another messageboard for a company I owned where the bashers went and looked up CEOs divorce proceedings online and then made a big deal out of it.
don't go there - how would you feel if someone did the same for you?
