That's very strong growth for the month. Guidance for Q1 RASM is still flat. All OK.

It's about the time that they declare the annual dividend. I haven't seen any news yet. I'm guessing 20 cents per share, vs. 15 last year. Let's see!!

    Trading Above $20 Offer

tec... The Company would have to pay the ON breakup fee, so if the Chinese closed the deal to acquire all shares at $21.70, then current shareholders would be better off. But, I do not believe that the U. S. Government would approve the Chinese deal (perhaps it would for a Muslim country, Iran, etc.). And the timing for finding this out could take many months; and if FCS took the Chinese deal, and it could not be completed, it is uncertain if ON would continue to pursue an acquisition of FCS.

Based on my judgment regarding the future, I sold all of my shares yesterday (4,000 shares) at $20.70 per share.

    Trading Above $20 Offer

The offer was 8.5% higher at $21.70 per share, but the Company said that they did not evaluate it as a superior offer. Probably, there are contingent conditions for the Chinese offer such as financing, government approvals, etc.

10-K Is Filed for Fiscal 2015

That extra week in fiscal Q4 accounted for some of the better performance, but even without it, Q4 beats the prior year quarter by a significant margin. P/E ratio is now 10.7 times earnings.

Will the Chinese come with a new, higher offer? Or will the Company get On Semiconductor to raise the price of their deal in order to "Cover Their #$%$" It's trading as if there is speculation that a higher priced deal will be coming.

The aerospace industry should benefit from more demand from the higher volumes of narrow body transport aircraft deliveries, and SVT has increased capacity here to take on this growth. Additionally, the knife business should produce better results, as the plant expansion startup costs should decline versus those in the prior year.

    This stock is way undervalued.

Trading over $19 this morning, which seems consistent with the fact that the Company accepted every share that was validly tendered. I believe that this stock is way undervalued.

BDL reported a very strong (and record) earnings performance for Q4 with $0.43 per share versus $0.25 in the prior year. For the full year EPS was $1.86 versus $1.49 a year ago. Q4 has been historically the weakest seasonal quarter of the year. At yesterday's closing price (of $20.41) BDL trades at a trailing P/E of 11.0 times earnings. This stock in comparison to its industry peers is way undervalued. The Q4 performance exceeded my estimate by a significant margin. Revenues for Q4 were also very strong (up by 15.5%) as compared to up by 10.4% for the full year (which included Q4).

The 10-K should be out today, or in the following several days. The stock price move in the last few trading days forecasts a good report for Q4 earnings.

WLFC now trading up 2% for today at $18.26 per share. Look outstanding on a day where the DJIA in trading down 295 currently.

Preliminary information from the Company indicates that the deal was over-subscribed with 643,821 shares tendered (and/or guaranteed to be delivered). The Company indicates that they will accept all shares at $18 per share for a total of $11,588,778 in cash. This figure compares to the $8 million originally allocated for the deal. So the Company is spending an extra $3.6 million. In my opinion, this indicates that the Company's management is highly confident regarding future operations and profitability, cash flow, etc. It will be interesting to see if the stock now trades above $18 per share now, or does so in the near future. This deal should increase book value by around $0.70 per share.

    Sentiment: Buy

We should get a closing of the deal or other news later this week.

Base on how this has been trading, it looks to me as if the Company will take all shares tendered at $18 with possible pro--rationing if over-subscribed (in excess of the $8 million).

    Sentiment: Buy
