This just looks so good for the future of ARTH that I had to bite. I am in today @ .175 with a bunch - GLTU Kar and other longs that have left this board.
So far today, I've seen 4 big blocks for this kind of stock which normally trades 1k through 10k share blocks on average. BUT, today, I've seen the following:
1. 50K and it was a sell trade @ 9:36am
2. 50K and also a sell trade @ 9:30am
3. 47.4 and this too was a sell trade @ 10:09
4. and yet another 52.5 @ 15:25 all trades are Eastern time zone
What gives here and who the heck is selling when a good news release was issued by
the company this morning.
Any comments? - GLTA
Yes we do mingusmts, and more from GC to come at a theater near you soon - GLTU
to be honest Kar, I too need ONCS to move so I can buy back in here and wait and also add to my GTHP position. GLTU & chat soon
I'm thinking if it goes down any further, and with their anti-leaker, I will buy back in. I know it's going to be awhile here but with what they have, I think it would be worth it to be in the stock around here and just wait it out - GLTU
Still invested my old MB friend? GLTU for at .18 where we (I think) we both bought in and later sold. Do you think it's time to buy back in or are you still invested in Arch - GLTU
quite the analyst you are to regurgitate analysis of a small bio-tech's exactness of timely reporting especially when the unreliable FDA's untimely responses are and always and always will be unexpectedly never in a timely way,eh?
Come on figgy, let GC do what he does best and don't be so quick to jump all over him cause he's late. Do you know exactly what is transpiring btwn the 2 entities? If you do, then I will listen, and if you don't, then just relax and don't be so critical - GLTU
IWE, I agree and it was the perfect time to release this info. today B4 the holiday. Good things take time and GC has done everything right and I expect him to continue doing what he does best. Have a great weekend everyone and celebrate America: Long and forever
NORCROSS, Ga.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--
Guided Therapeutics, Inc. (GTHP) (GTHP) today provided anticipated sales results for its second quarter ended June 30, 2014 and also provided updated timing regarding the submittal of its amendment to its premarket approval (PMA) application for the LuViva® Advanced Cervical Scan.
For the second quarter of 2014, the Company anticipates reporting that sales of LuViva reached $200,000, up over 60% from first quarter results and in line with expectations of LuViva sales of $1.0 million to $3.0 million for the full year.
Regarding the amended PMA filing for LuViva, as previously stated, the Company plans to file its amendment after the review of the consensus minutes from the May 8 meeting with FDA, as well as a final review by its FDA consultant. The company expects to receive this information late this week or early next week.
“It is important to have agreement on statements made by FDA during our face-to-face meeting in May,” said Gene Cartwright, Chief Executive Officer of Guided Therapeutics. “Given the information we currently have, we anticipate filing with the FDA late in July.”
Cartwright added, “In the meantime, international sales are progressing as expected, with the Turkey Ministry of Health shipments resuming in the second quarter. We continue to expect to build on these sales results in the second half of the year and remain on track to hit our annual revenue guidance.”
I see, (not sure when posted) a QA/QC opening and person will report to Operations Mgr. Hope that is a sign of manufacturing production increasing which COULD mean more sales from overseas - GLTA
mwalk, yest, GTHP has a lot of potential but it's also a disruptor for the way women do proventative check ups meaning it will change the way things have been for over 50 years. That will take time to revolutionize but it will come. GLTU
Furbie, your posts as usual are excellent and informative. Thanks for the reads and some one suggested in Ihub to read what you posted here after speaking with IR. As always, GLTU and I'm one who's here for the long term and have been here for a long time too since .37
Ed, you're not doing more harm than good. Just relax, take an aspirin and call in the morning. GC will file when it's done. We can't, even though he made the statement of a date, (end of June), expect him to give a release on the exact time and date that we'd expect it. Bio's are different, things happen.
If he does Ed, then all's good but if he doesn't file end of June, so what, especially if it's just a matter of a couple days, ok? GLTU
say's who? show link please for I don't see that anywhere not even on Guided's website or OTC etc. I'm from Missouri, "show me"
Because you say Ed? I hate to disagree with you but in bio tech/pharma, nothing is done by the book. GC is doing everything right so far and will keep doing everything he said. You can't tie anyone in any industry to an exact date to file an FDA response or anything in today's world.
Just let him do his thing and relax on the exact time, date etc. etc. - GLTA
