Typically insiders sell big blocks back & forth to drive volume, and set the price where they want. It's all part of the plan. Little guys can make money if quick, like the little fish feeding off the shark leftovers ... Just don't get left holding shares when the next dump happens.
No reasoning with shills. But I guess you know that by now.
VJET is valued about 6 times higher than MDDD. A quick look at their 6K filing shows revenue around $ 4.8 million, up from $2.7 million a year ago. Looks like they have actual product that is selling. Being priced 6 times higher than MDDD seems reasonable since MDDD has no product and no revenue and very little in the way of cash or assets to start production.
I don't know anything about VJET. But if they are overvalued, then the question is not "Why isn't MDDD higher too", but should be "Why isn't VJET lower ?" Having 1 company overvalued does not justify overvaluing another company.

Go to Investopedia or such, and read up on Pump & Dump and penny stock manipulation. They explain it all. Basically insiders buy and sell to each other to drive the price up generating fake volume, then sell to suckers who think it will go higher. Insiders can control the price while they still own large blocks. When they sell enough at an inflated price, they take the cash & move on. Price drops, never to go back up because interest evaporates.
Bashers and shills are both annoying. Thankfully, some are able discuss the actual details of finances and other info found in the SEC filings, which is actually relevant to determining if a stock is a good investment or not.
Go buy a bunch of MDDD stock ..... and find out for yourself
So as long as someone makes a website, and puts pictures on it, then you are convinced it is worth $40,000,000 ? Even though they only have $1,500 or so in cash ?? Okey dokey
Yes, they have a website. Can't argue about that. I am curious about the origin of the pictures on the website.
" ... The web site looks real and the machines are there ... "
Looks like decent Photoshop pictures of an imaginary printer. What makes you think they are real ??
Where do you see $360,000 ?? Most recent 8k says $1,789 cash. Note that in MDDD financials there is no "Figures are in thousands" notation.
They get the message. They are greedy and want it to go up and sell to the next sucker. I doubt anyone on this board is fooled at this point, but when they own shares, and they either are at a loss, or greedy for gains, they get desperate and spout all kinds of nonsense that they know is not true.
"The Company does not own or rent any property"
"our corporate office at 17- 5348 Vegas Dr., Las Vegas, NV 89108 USA. is a virtual office that we maintain with EastBiz for $99.00 per year"
So where exactly are they building these printers ?? How much R&D can you do with $320 ?
HP would love to get their hands on the kitchen table AND the dining room table. Expect a bidding war !!
