Remember the Steve Martin skit .... " I forgot to pay my taxes" ..... " I forgot to file 10 K SEC filings "
Stalling, to avoid showing how much they lost this time. Real companies lose money sometimes when spending on R&D. But to lose $ 2 MILLION per year with practically no legit expenses .... smells of insider fraud, siphoning money out.
Rather than post a mindless "Bump" the way the pumpers do, I will point out that "BlackFlag" is also the name of an insecticide ... Seems appropriate when dealing with the pumping cockroaches trying to separate investors from their money.
Or too busy out spending the millions of $$$ stolen from the company via bogus G & A "expenses"
Just reshipping thermometers made by someone else. No R&D, No factory, No raw materials. ......... But yet LOSES $ 2 MILLION a year !?!?!?!?!
This is not some biotech with huge development costs.
Just needs some cardboard boxes and an account at the local UPS store.
Where is that money going ?? How can G & A expenses be so high !?!?
No excuse for a company to lie like that. They get away with it because it's too hard to fight in court.
Shhhhhh .... they want to kep the MILLIONS and MILLIONS of dollars in losses a secret. Kieth must have some great vacations with all that money !!
Since SIMH buys and relabels Taidoc thermometers, it's impossible for SIMH to be the "only" this or that, since their supplier was obviously before them.
When they get caught in these lies, one has to wonder about other information they publish.
SIMH, only touchless IR thermometer (except for the other dozen or so BEFORE SIMH)
SIMH, only FDA approved (except for the other dozen FDA approved BEFORE SIMH)
SIMH taking their sweet time releasing current financials .... something to hide ? More losses in the MILLIONS ?? How can they lose so much money just reselling Taidoc thermometers ??
Who or what is Pure Energy 714 LLC in New jersey, and how did they come to own 8.75 % of SIMH ?? Will they be dumping those shares on the market any time soon ?
They have aquired convertible debt/shares from other companies. What is their relationship with SIMH ?
