pkarnet, Bingo. Next week maybe they will try to blame it on a partial lunar eclipse. The next week because of the Ebola scare.
cprk1, did well with CBPO. Was also in CSR, AOB, WATG, made lots on run up but didn't sell all and they were all scams at the end of the day/ Also SUTR..seemed legit, look at that. Most of the Chinese public companies simply cannot be trusted. There are exceptions of course
Thanks K94. having a fair amount of experience with Chinese companies, both pipes and reverse mergers, having a Chinese CEO doesn't exactly fill me with confidence.
nj, we came with a dime of $1 billion market cap today..we might still hit it before the day is over. Maybe if the chubby reporter covers her 1,000 share short position she did from her $40,000 salary from the prestigious paper she works at.
Candy, you must have your avg short basis up to $5 by now. Enjoy. You can still salvage a gain by closing your short and going long and selling at $20+ on the eventual sale.
sorry for Candy/cezzazz. he can't help being born mentally challenged and slecting poor financial advisors like the chubbly reporter from Oklahoma and Streetsweeper. I did say ALMOST.
I own a small number of SOPW from years back..still under water and frankly had not followed it at all as I mentally wrote it off for a scam and dead at 20 cents. Been surprised to see it move big from almost disappearing. Can anyone briefly explain if this move is legit rather than a penny stock pummped by a newsletter? Debating whether to take the gift from 20 cents and sell or let it ride. Thanks.
doc, I believe we are seeing some follow thru out of analyst day..funds and money managers getting in. I have heard the feedback from the event was excellent.
9.12 new record high. I don't think this is is yet. Cezz/Candy, it will be getting much worse for you. Those $5 shorts must be really painful about now. Too bad you followed the bad advice of your "advisors" who told you to keep shorting. Never listen to a chubby reporter from Oklahoma. A bum "steer"
It's actually a two prong defense and nothing unique to what the defendants are doing. First, defendants will claim that their product is different and not infringing on plaintiff's patents. Second, try to get the court to invalidate the patents. Although one would think that if someone is issued a patent, that is the end of it, patents can be invalidated by courts or in this case a special group administratively. It's a minority of cases where the courts invalidate a patent. From what I hear, MDXG's patents are considered very strong and ultimately, I expect MDXG will prevail. Defendants don't want to throw in the towel when sued because if they have to stop selling what they are selling, they are out of business
Candy, trying to average up from your shorts in the 5s and 4s? Dangerous.

here comes the high $4's and then the low $4's will soon follow. shorting more at these levels. we will cover in the mid $2's
I love the sight of burned shorts. Only an idiots shoes companies growing at a rate of almost 100% with 80% margins. Keep it up. LOL!
nj, shorts usually are desperate, particularly a short like cez/candy/chubbylady when they were told to short the stock at $5 and its in the $8s. Desperation is all they have left when they can't understand how they could have been so wrong about every signle one of their predictions.
