In my opinion malcolm is being paid by Streetsweeper like the so called "instigative journalists" that write for them. I have a friend who actually is a big time writer. He confirmed that all top notch writers in America aspire to one day write for the revered Streetsweeper.
Earth, one correct...read the opinions of analysts who cover the company except for Suraj at Northland. Interesting that the felon's outfit uses Suraj's research as "evidence" that there are problems, almost as if they are..., no..it couldn't be
From the Streetsweeper profile on SA
Sonya Colberg joined TheStreetSweeper in early 2012 as a senior investigative reporter after racking up an impressive pile of journalism awards for her past work at two major daily newspapers
She worked for the Oklahoman. The Oklahoman? That is a major daily newspaper? Funny! (not to offend anyone if they are from the great journalism state of Oklahoma!)
Malcolm, your gig is up here. Or should we call you Melissa? Or maybe we should call you Mr. Hunter?
I see SA has picked up the trash now. Incredible after being burned over the CYTR and GALE scandal where they published articles by a PR firm writing articles or paying people to write pump articles for CYTR and GALE under different fake names with no disclosure that SA would not be more diligent in deciding who to allow to publish articles on their blog. No background check by them to see who streetsweeper is and allegedly has tied with? I posted in the comment section there as well as emailed SA that this may not end well for them. I used to think that SA was just a site that gave people the opportunity to write articles on stocks but I am increasingly suspicious, no proof (yet) mind you, that there is more behind SA than meets the eye.
Rumor has it the Gambino family threatened to cut Petit down another notch if he did and Pete can't afford to lose any more height..too short already.
I just checked. This is actually from streetsweeper again. So lets see. They short the stock by admission. THen yesterday they put out a hatchet piece but have no luck with their short. So today they put out another "report" even worse than their first one to see if they will have better luck than yesterday with their short trade. Startling new revelations in this article. Why, did you know that execs at MDXG have options they received years ago when it was a penny stock as it was a new company that they can exercise and buy stock for a lot less than where the stock is at now? I've never seen that done at a public company before! Wow! LOL
Just to let everyone know why we are down again. This one by under surveillance and they heavily lift from the other scammers. My guess is both are run by the same swine
Earth, but she is an award winning journalist according to the scammers. LOL. Might have won a trophy for work at the National Enquirer. Her writing is about on a par with what you would see in a tabloid. A wanna be journalist consorting with felons according to what I have read is a bad combo.
malcolm. I think back to a first year law school class way way back where a fellow student raised his hand and asked the prof "Can you sue someone for that?" The prof looked at him and replied "You can sue someone for anything. The question is can you win?" I'll leave it at that in terms of the case. But, guess what, this is the funny part. Wait for it..........In the unlikely event that Petit loses and had to resign as an officer, MiMedx would go on and be just fine. The Company isn't just about Petit anymore. Steve Jobs died and somehow Apple still makes zillions of dollars a quarter. CEOs leave companies all the time and things go on. Although Pete's ego is legendary, the company would go on without him. And, there's nothing that would prevent him from being a non officer consultant to the company and doing exactly what he is doing now. So, I lose no sleep about the case whatsoever.
I have passed it on to the right people but you can be sure, they had it already. Pete hates shorts/bashers. It didn't really hit the stock so not sure he will bother with this bottom fishing rag. Who knows, maybe he has a surprise in store for them in the way of some kind of big news to fry them?
I had to delete links to get it to post
I read the article “Melissa Davis of Streetsweepr in Bed with Short Sellers and Convicted Felons”
This article speaks of her work “couched in innuendo, inflammatory language, misdirection, and logical fallacies. Her heavy reliance upon verbal gymnastics and sensationalism calls her motives into question. In our view, this is one “journalist” whose work just can’t be relied upon. “
his same company that came under her disparaging remarks fought back with a the above article and “attorneys have sent a cease and desist letter to Davis and The Street Sweeper for numerous false and defamatory statements concerning RedChip and its employees. “
And then some contributors at .investimonials posted their own opinion of Ms. Davis and The Street Sweeper saying, “They have become as crooked as the company they are trying to expose”
Her bio definitely appears to be exaggerated regarding her “seven years as one of the top investigative reporters at The Street
Apparently, she was just writing articles at home.
How about folks at Motley Fool? Below is a blog post regarding Ms. Davis and her profiting from sensationalism, poor journalism, and fraud.
There is an obvious pattern when researching “The Street Sweeper.”
In my opinion, Melissa Davis clearly is into tabloid journalism. She wraps her arms around Jim Cramer and then shorts a stock when he trashes it on his show.
I am not worried
You all realize that the founder of this rag is a convicted felon reportedly with ties to the gambino family and this writer has been totally discredited by numerous ACTUAL publications.
