It would be a stroke of luck if we were to get close to $95. $96 is very UNlikely.
There will be some selling by those that don't want to hold AT&T, after the deal closes.
Their yield is good at 5.5%, but the EPS & dividend growth could be 0% to 2%, maybe 3%.
DTV brings access to Mexico and South America, but it make take awhile, and lots of money, to develop those markets.
Foreign currency from operations could be useful for that.
The current class action lawsuit seems to offer some of our money back, if you bought shares during the "lying days" of LLEN.
We will see if the lawyers take all of the money.

Once this suit is settled by the courts, and all shareholder claims are dismissed, will there be any part of LLEN's business left to salvage for shareholders?
Could there have been some element of truth that leaves some value to build on?
Was there nothing of real value?
Was there any money in the bank accounts?
