they should just sell off their commercial loan exposure. Stay in the commercial underwriting, bundling, and selling business. Good business.
why dont they just use freakin diagrams instead of Malon's incoherent blabbering about this and that? Visuals PEOPLE!!!
is in the long term value of silver and gold compared to the current values of the metals. At current metal prices Exk is basically just treading water. But what if silver goes to 20 or 25 this year? I believe that this outperformance outcome isnt being priced in properly. If silver goes to 25 we could easily be around $7-8. If silver goes to 10 we could be looking at 1.00. I like that risk reward ratio. And with hardly no debt its like we are holding an option with no expiration.
You have to agree that at least NOI is now taking steps in the right direction over Q4. With almost 50% of assets sitting in SFRL's you can't have high NOI expectations.
Odds are its less than the ("Old Lion") Ted Kennedy had!
yeah theres been a stock split as well (in 2005). looks like it came public at 9.50-10 area. Looks like divies were around 1-2 dollars a share during the peak years 2002-2008. But yeah it should be trading 25-30 a share now with a 2.20 ffo.
honestly I would like to know how much above book value they got for the planes. Hopefully its around 50 millon above nbv like reports say. I also wouldn't mind if they decreased leverage to 3 to 1 debt to equity instead of 4 to 1. Or just keep a lot a cash around and wait for opportunistic buys.
While I hope for a buyout, I understand that management loves this ext model and really aren't incentivized to sell the company. I would love a buyout at 20 a share but highly doubt that possibility.
Exactly. Also something tells me the extra cash flowing to the senior notes was part of the CAD number. How do you explain the 7 cent drop in CAD otherwise Q on Q?
Also what happend to the use of AFFO as a measure of performance?
might want to look at the price the bonds are trading before buying anymore stock. If bonds are still less than 50 cents on dollar looks like that may be the way to go here.
