Initiates dividend and goes to 6.40 and now trades at 5.20 with a divy increase coming in q4. has the least leverage among container shippers and now has the highest yield. I think yield should be 8% or less. That puts us at 6.25+. Well see it again soon methinks!
Ole Barrington has definitely gone from an outdoor cat to an indoor cat sort of speak. While there is value here still there is still a lingering question in investor's minds about the conflict of interests between BBAM, ONEX and shareholders.
Sad but I think if they would have stayed with the share buy back and nerfed the secondary and just have grown organically we would be trading north of 20 even with a 20 cent divy.
Very doubtful creditors want to take possession of the underlying coal assets. They would rather extend and pretend then get their hands dirty.
With oil down around 45 bucks and the BH rig count down from 1819 to 835 year over year we will see a decent drop off in domestic production come q4 and q1. The cure for low oil prices is low oil prices. I just want NRP to be around for when the tides change and from what I've read in the earnings report they will be for awhile.
no shot coal falls apart completely in the next 10 years. Not even enough energy infrastructure to replace coal power vacuums that would be created.
you wont see a reduction in production until the end of 2015 and beg of 2016. Associated gas from oil wells will only go down with oil production obviously and that wont happen until at least 6 more months. Also considering all the death and destruction coal revs are down only 15-20% y over y.
