P.S. When I say bankruptcy can't be an alternative, of course, I realize that ABHI could go bankrupt.....so, I don't literally mean it can't be an alternative. But it's not one that any of us shareholders want since it means a total loss of investment.
What I do mean is that I'm all for dilution or whatever is needed to avoid bankruptcy and rather maintain financing to keep the business pursuing its goal of achieving eventual success with Veloxum.
They increased the authorized share count recently, Dennis, per an SEC filing. If they are doing this to avoid the alternative of bankruptcy and to get us to the point that the company can generate earnings, I'm for it. Bankruptcy can't be an alternative.
Are you replying to me, friend? If so, why would you write such garbage? Maybe there are some pumpers here who do what you said. But obviously you have no history here or you would know I've been here and holding shares for several years.
I guess you do realize that Rock Band 4 is one month from launch. I sure haven't held these last few years to sell now.......you must be kidding!!!
apparently you don't know how to make light of a bad day. My post was to lighten things up; even so, it's a fact that MCZ has been defying the market when the market has had bad overall market days recently.
I agree with your explanation as to "why" the price is, and has been, no higher. I think everyone familiar with MCZ would agree with this position. Yet, we've actually had no substantive basis for our concern other than MCZ's past. The actual evidence all points to things moving as planned, IMO. I could make a list but you would be aware of those factors. Something could go astray, but it seems that things thus far have been pretty smooth....yet the stock price has disagreed. It seems that the stock price is starting to see the light, IMO.
I may be wrong, but believe this was the acquisition of options at an exercise price of .24. I'm bullish again on BFDI, regardless. BFDI has turned the ship around since Baltimore, IMO.
We have not crested 400,000 shares but are approaching .54, over 10% higher on the day after prior days have seen price increase.....and this amid a horrible market day today. I believe the cheap shares have dried up on the vine and we are witnessing what a bit of decent demand can do going forward.
I'm of the same mindset. With a launch of October 6, I'm speculating we'll get news of Rock Band 4 shipping by the 22nd of September. I say the 22nd because there would be exactly 2 weeks remaining from that date till the launch date. I would not be surprised to see shipping news come sooner. So, I also believe we are on the cusp of a stock move into the .50s and perhaps even see .60 eclipsed by the time of launch.
This has not been a good market for buying commodity stocks downhill or uphill and just holding. Many commodities have had extended price drops during this massive and extended decline and then a couple of spells mixed in where they went on a tear uphill, causing one to ponder whether a bottom had been found. But if one assumed a bottom was found because of the strong brief upswings, one was badly wrong and got hurt. This is simply not your typical market with commodities....and that's an understatement.
It's time for us to get that MCZ close, isn't it , ulp? The overall market is seasick. I'd say MCZ's chances of closing over .45 are better than the overall market's chance of finding its proverbial legs right away. IMO.
Idiot, look in the mirror to see delusional.....what do you think is already selling in the preorder bundles? Which way is it? Are people so desperate for the game as soon as launched, they are willing to foot the bill for the "undesired" new peripherals too vs. waiting on the game alone.....given that bundle preorders seem to be very strong? That doesn't exactly point to a dismal outlook. Come on. I know you are a chronic basher but you are on the wrong side of the argument. MCZ makes money on the game and on the peripherals. You can't twist this into a losing proposition that justifies .44 a share. MCZ has made it this far and the game is nearing the launch date. I guess a very, very conceivable 100% return from here and very likely more doesn't interest you, does it?
shows a beneficial party having recently acquired 9.99% of the company....interesting. Also, the company raised its authorized share count from 200M to 300M. I'm not sure what this indicates although the company will need some money to get to where it wants to go.
Your post describes the words of someone excessively greedy. What a hypocrite you are being. Now I'm not defending Ana; I think most on either side of the fence concur on weariness with his domination of this board and constant pumping. However, let's dissect you and your words and see if you aren't describing yourself with regard to "greed."
As to IFON, I'm confident many have prospered significantly from this stock. It has given so many opportunities, it's not funny. It's been here in the 1s and been in the 3s an equivalent number of times in a couple of years time and that's several round trips. It stands as my single best performing stock, even though I held my existing position when it reached the 3s this time and through earnings.....I've banked profits enough times already to be more than content waiting on my existing "free" shares to become worth much more once again because this little company is nimble and knows how to adapt quickly. I'm not alone in how I've benefited from IFON already.
To your comments, you are spinning words and things as facts you know nothing about with regard to the real investor types on this board. You have no clue what others have done here. Now, why would you do that? I say because you want to actually own IFON and get in just as low as you can. I think it's wise to try and buy shares cheaply. But you don't have to deride others in order to do that. Trying to benefit at another's expense is the essence of greed. How are you being different than Anabolic?
Further, if you know anything about equity and a stock share being an equity share, you would know a price of .75 would represent a significant discount to the current amount of equity on the balance sheet. Why do people throw out extreme numbers....one reason, greed.
Your whole post wreaks of greedy words and you can't see it.
I've been buying MSN in the 1.15 to 1.30 range; LF averaged in at .98 just yesterday (same day Opp. put $3 price target on it); and BVSN.
I think all 3 meet your criterion. BVSN used to be a big name. Today it is burning cash and experiencing losses but too much is priced in, IMO. It has 7.27 in cash per share, no debt and the only other current account than cash is receivables (no inventory with its business). It is trading in the 5s. There's an institutional buyer that has been actively accumulating at this level of late (see the form 4s). MSN is actually still generating cash from operations on an annual basis.
None of these names have major earnings catalysts but are now priced irrationally (defining irrationally as trading well below cash per share when there is no debt on the balance sheets. I think each of them could easily see a 40 to 50% pop or more, regardless of this yucky current market.
I'm sticking with my gut reaction....although corporate governance is relevant. All we've got is speculation, but my guess is someone is shopping RCKY. It's got a lot of value if management is ready to release her.....however, not it this present market backdrop, please.
