There are no SEC filings so it's suspect.
The financials do look good if they are true and verified.

  • hopefullyolderwiser hopefullyolderwiser Oct 8, 2015 10:04 AM Flag

What? Other than there are no SEC filings and it trades on the NYSE?
The company web site looks nice though.
You have to wonder about that at least a little.

  • hopefullyolderwiser by hopefullyolderwiser Oct 8, 2015 8:54 AM Flag

    Anyone have any ideas?

  • hopefullyolderwiser by hopefullyolderwiser Oct 7, 2015 10:58 AM Flag

Maybe they'll announce increased future guidance which would surely cause a spike!

If he could rally the share price with some decent news, that would help sooth the fears of current shareholders.

Question is still out there: Why are there 10x the number of short shares from a year ago when supposedly the company is in much better shape?

    A lot of unknowns:
    1) What happened to the lawsuit settlements? Money? Agreements? Nothing?
    2) Are we going to be profitable going forward?
    3) Is there some insider knowledge floating around that the normal Joe doesn't have?
    a. Prospectus just filed

Come on Alex. You bought some shares and I took that as confidence on your end and bought some more shares myself.
Let's see you put this puzzle back together.

Believe me, I'd really enjoy being able to see if there are any CEOs or bod members that short their own company. To me, that would be a direct conflict of interest and failure of fiduciary duty.

Is that the reason why nobody knows who is actually shorting?

To me, that is a bunch of horse #$%$!
Some of these biotech companies have only have raised money for their entire existence.

I wonder what kind of stir that would create if folks found out that there are some bod members and CEO's out there shorting their own company. There might be a revolt on that one.

What if another entity wants to buy a big chunk of shares without causing a spike?
What if another entity wants to borrow shares and pay a percent?
What if they have an idea that the price is going to spike and want to issue to employees or friends?
One of the statements said they could use the shares as dividends or bonuses.

I don't know. Seems like there are so many possibilities.
What kind of possibilities are there?

I would think it would be kind of silly to sell when the share price is close to what they paid.
So, I'm thinking that's not the intent.

Very possible someone wants to borrow some and pay 10% interest.
Who knows at this point what their intentions are.
Doesn't look like they are going to sell right away but use for some opportunities that may have come up.

It appears there are a lot of possibilities here with the prospectus.
One sentence states: "The Selling Stockholder has represented to us in writing that it acquired the securities or will acquire the underlying securities for its own account and not with a view to or for distributing or reselling such securities"

It looks like the door is wide open on what they could use the securities for including some that stick out:
    - private transactions
    - broker dealer resale
    - short sales
    - dividends or distributions

Hard to say what the intention is here.

  • hopefullyolderwiser by hopefullyolderwiser Oct 1, 2015 8:53 AM Flag

will have some kind of communication regarding Digicore earnings.
So the deal closes Oct 19th?
So I would think there would be some kind of news there regarding increasing revenue.

I gave you a thumbs up.
    Probably some short.
I wish we could burn up these shorts in a firestorm rally.

I need to know when this company is going to go forward with Phase III trials and submit their results to the FDA. Somehow, the last conference call showed that the team was not doing a good job in keeping their promises from the past. If this is just going to be a lets experiment some more until we find better formulations, then I have to bail. I don't think any investor signed up for that flawed philosophy. They were supposed to raise enough money to make it to submission. I don't even know when their Phase III trial is. I'm getting too annoyed with this company. Management needs to TELL THE #$%$ TRUTH OF THEIR INTENTIONS UP FRONT SO INVESTORS CAN GET THE HELL OUT BEFORE LOSING ALL THEIR MONEY BECAUSE THEY LISTENED AND BELIEVED WHAT WE WERE ORIGINALLY TOLD BY THIS CEO. Please respond.

  • #$%$ - My share price is 50 FREAKIN CENTS and this guy makes over a million in 2014???

IMO - Hasn't done 1 thing for share holders as the price falls day after day, week after week.

CEO was given a raise of $200,000 close to when he took over.
Tell me, how has he earned ANYTHING for share holders?
    Aren't they accountable to shareholders?
The only thing that would make a difference is in the share price.

Who knows what is going on in private, but it's not good when looking at the share price.
Can we sue for previous implied partnerships and statements on previous earnings calls?
    Where are the partnerships?
    Where are the results?
It seems like this is a big delay in getting anything to market.
    Who can investigate this company?

Share holders have paid the bill here and we deserve a better CEO - IMO.
This CEO only owns - 71,757 shares which is pathetic IMO.

I guess any earnings will go towards the combined company balance sheet.

  • hopefullyolderwiser by hopefullyolderwiser Sep 25, 2015 6:00 PM Flag

Maybe March 2016 is long enough to get the stock price over $1.00?

    Give me a break.

They've already done enough capital raises and reverse splits.
Get something done to raise the share price on merit!!

This is my worst loser of all time!

My biggest 2 questions on the short interest are:

We go from a million shares short a year ago to 6 million - that's six times what it was last year.
And the CEO is promising increased, recurring revenues and buying shares.
IMO this is a fricken SOAP opera.

I'm going to extend my risk
I'm hoping he's trying to get his bonus shares at $7.50.

What about that show "The Profit" on CNBC? He seems to completely gut companies and they do much better. What are you some kind of fear monger?
