This stock is cheap and I expect they'll do well this quarter.
I couldn't get access for some reason to replay...
that if those numbers for Fusilev were manipulated and would've changed RAJ's compensation, that it should be clawed back???
35 million in compensation over 2 years is pretty excessive.
Are there any other examples of a CEO of such a small bio making this much money???
What is the percentage of the companies total revenues is that???
That is freakin ridiculous...
According to the article and what many have
been saying on this board for a long time:
GROSSLY overpaid CEO (10 and 25 million #$%$???).
Suspect board - especially in relation with compensation for RAJ.
They are saying sneaky RAJ and point to examples.
Looks like they pointed out the same sneaky "not disclosing SEC investigation"...
And why isn't RAJ fired?
If any crimes were committed, throw his #$%$ in jail IMO.
If some were committed, he may also be highlighted on the CNBC show "American Greed"...
Things are looking up...
Any wins on their chart, they raise guidance, and up we go some more!
When they become profitable again, then it's really an unknown where this is going!
The nice thing is that just to get to 1x revenues, this thing would have to triple.
And if they meet the high end of guidance, their revenues would go up to $400 million per year which
would be almost 4 times today's price of $3.50... The market cap is only $118 million. It's still WAY undervalued...
Nice day!
It's already 2+ times average volume and we still have a few hours to go...
This is getting good.
I didn't see anything about SPPI requesting anything.
What kind of statement is that to make?
It seems to me that most companies would announce this kind if material information.
and since we're going to be profitable this year, shouldn't the stock start realizing 1x revenues or around $3.48 a share.
If they start showing faster growth, wouldn't it be reasonable for 2-3x revenues???
That would be a nice appreciation from today's share price.
This stock is undervalued.
As soon as they hit break even or profitable, they should at least hit a market cap of 1x revenues...
That is nice...
I'm going to keep buying all I can.
a 24 million dollar quarter?
Wow - talk about lame!
Seems like they should've merged years ago.
What was the issue here?
What I'm talking about is what is listed on Yahoo on the "Insider Transactions" page...
Trying to figure out how they get a negative 131.76 percent...
How is this possible or is it just incorrect?
% Change in Institutional Shares Held (131.76%)
until my investment gets back to BREAK EVEN!!!
Who would want to listen to this f*** stain of a CEO?
The CEO has profited immensely on the back of shareholders with both excessive pay and bonuses (stock) while this POS is trading at $7.00 a share.
A lot of folks have lost 50% of their investment!!!
Didn't this CEO f*** stick get a huge bonus for reaching a 750 million dollar market cap?
WHERE ARE WE AT NOW??? BRILLIANT!
CEO telling us in multiple conference calls that revs for Fusilev will GROW and won't be affected by generics. And what about financial details that are very important to share holders? Share holders get blind sided on conference calls with the info... What a JOKE!
And WHAT A WASTE OF TIME TO LISTEN TO ALL THESE CONFERENCE CALLS.... WERE THEY ACCURATE??? DID YOU LEARN ANYTHING??? OR JUST FED A BUNCH OF BS???
That's at least 5 hours of wasted time from ONE shareholder...
THEY SHOULD PAY US FOR LISTENING TO THAT #$%$!!!
and hits break even or profitable it's going to move back to 1x revs quickly which is $10+ per share...
IMO - 1x revenues will be cheap if we're profitable and growing...
Sentiment: Strong Buy
